    • Provided are related to implant abutments. The implant abutment that is coupled to a fixture that becomes an artificial tooth root by being implanted to an alveolar bone, the implant abutment includes: a main body; a first rotating member that is coupled to the main body to be able to rotate with respect to a first rotational axis, includes a first gear portion on an end portion thereof, and includes a male screw portion that is formed on the other end portion thereof to be screw coupled to the fixture; and a second rotating member that is coupled to the main body to be able to rotate with respect to a second rotational axis which crosses the first rotational axis, and includes a second gear portion that is formed on the other end portion thereof to form a bevel gear structure by being coupled to the first gear portion. The implant abutment that can readily ensure a space for coupling work of a fixture in an oral cavity of a patient since a coupling tool, such as a hex screwdriver can be readily placed in a horizontal direction which intersects the direction of implanting the fixture.

    • A mold for producing a coping used in a dental implant includes a male component having a protrusion and a female screw forming part. The mold further includes a female component having a recess and a male screw forming part having a different rotation direction from that of the female screw forming part. A cavity for producing the coping is formed by combining the male and female components. Since the mold includes a male component having a female screw forming part, and a female component having a male screw forming part with a different rotation direction than the female screw forming part, a produced coping may be easily separated from the male and female components.

    • A dental implant fixture as a fixture implanted in an alveolar bone to be an artificial tooth root includes a main body vertically extending long along a center axis, at least part of the main body being implanted in the alveolar bone, and a cutting face formed on an outer circumferential surface of the main body to secure a space for accommodating blood when the main body is implanted in the alveolar bone. The dental implant fixture does not apply excessive pressure to a cortical bone of an alveolar bone when being inserted into an implantation hole, and is capable of rapidly regenerating the alveolar bone by accommodating a large amount of blood inside the implantation hole.
