The present invention includes an SMS2PSTN service providing server for providing at least one ID information among an e-mail ID, an IM ID, a personal mobile telephone number, a general telephone number information, or a Web address related to the called party telephone number; a database for storing membership registration in-formation, charging information, SMS2PSTN service type, the e-mail ID, the IM ID, the personal mobile telephone number, the general telephone number information or the Web address; and a SMS/MMS gateway for querying with the called party telephone number extracted from the received SMS or MMS messages to the SMS2PSTN service providing server, and transmitting the converted result to the e-mail ID, the IM ID, the personal mobile telephone number, the general telephone number or the Web server.

摘要： The present invention relates to a communication network disturbance management method using a top-down method which detects, analyzes and solves a problem by analyzing a quality state in regard to whole communication network lines. The disturbance management is performed in the whole communication network, thereby managing the communication network problems which are not notified by the users. In addition, the communication network problems can be managed before the user's dissatisfaction notification or disturbance generation. Moreover, the disturbance management access method is based on service quality values, and thus it is possible to manage the communication network problem causing reduction of the service quality provided to the users. As a result, the present invention can provide high quality communication service to the users using the communication network.

摘要： A routing method with routing algorithms applicable to a one-level hierarchical network, including a first algorithm in which a shortest one among all paths established in association with one destination is selected, a second algorithm in which the first method is conducted in a distributed fashion to achieve a fast routing, and a third algorithm in which any one of paths established in association with one destination may be selected as a shortest path when the QoS value calculated in association therewith is more optimum than a required reference QoS value, for preventing problems caused by errors at the single path. The method also provides algorithms that are modified versions of the second and third algorithm for the multi-level hierarchical network. Accordingly, the method is advantageous in that users can select an algorithm, most suitable for the system environment, from the above algorithms.

摘要： Disclosed is an apparatus for establishing an IP level connectivity between internet access terminals using a service gateway including a first ISP network connected at one end thereof to a first terminal having an inherent IP address and at the other end thereof to an internet network, the first ISP network including a service gateway for executing authentication of a subscriber of the first terminal in accordance with a service request of the first terminal and communication with other service gateway; a second ISP network connected at one end thereof to the internet network and at the other end thereof to an ATM network to which a second terminal having no inherent IP address is connected, the second ISP network serving to establish an IP level connectivity between the first and second terminals if the first terminal requests connection to the internet network for service use along with the second terminal. The present invention also proposes a service providing method which includes a service providing procedure for establishing an IP level connectivity between a terminal connected to an internet and a dial-up terminal not connected to the internet while also having no inherent IP address.
