摘要： A sample analyzer transports a first rack and a second rack, the first rack including a first number of supporters for supporting containers that contain biological samples of subjects, and the second rack including a second number of supporters for supporting containers that contain standard samples. The sample analyzer determines whether a transport object is the first rack or the second rack. When it has been determined that the transport object is the second rack, the sample analyzer performs a transporting operation according to the second rack and measure the standard samples in the containers supported by the second rack in a predetermined order, and prepares a calibration curve used for analyzing a measurement result of a biological sample, based on a plurality of measurement results of the standard samples.

摘要： A processing mechanism unit forms an immune complex containing the test substance in the sample and a labeled substance contained in a labeled reagent on a magnetic particle contained in a solid-phase reagent. The unit liberates the immune complex from the magnetic particle with a liberating reagent. A transfer unit includes a first holder to hold a first reaction chamber, and transfers the first reaction chamber received in the first holder at a first position to a second position while magnetically collecting the magnetic particle in the first reaction chamber by a magnetic source. A dispenser aspirates a liquid phase containing the liberated immune complex in the first reaction chamber transferred to the second position, and dispenses the liquid phase into a second reaction chamber. A detector detects a signal based on a label contained in the immune complex in the liquid phase dispensed into the second reaction chamber.
