摘要： To effectively prevent intrusion of moisture into a space above an organic EL element, a moisture blocking layer made of a silicon-based nitride film such as SiNx or a TEOS film formed to cover a drain electrode and source electrode of a TFT is formed on the entire surface of the element. A sealing glass is attached to the moisture blocking layer by a sealing material on the peripheral region of the substrate. The intrusion of moisture from the outside is effectively prevented by the moisture blocking layer.

摘要： An inter-layer insulating film and a gate insulating film which are positioned on the optical path of light from an organic EL element to be externally emitted, for example, located under a transparent electrode, are removed. Because SiO2 films having a refractive index which differs significantly from refractive indexes of other films are used for these films, there was a problem of light attenuation in these layers. Such light attenuation can be reduced by removing these layers located in the region through which light from the organic EL element passes.

The control device varies transmitted electric power from the electric power transmission unit while the electric power transmission unit transmits electric power, and determines whether or not pairing between the vehicle specified as an electric power transmission target and the electric power transmission unit is appropriate, based on information on variation in electric power from the vehicle specified as the electric power transmission target through radio communication.

摘要： A contactless power supply system contactlessly supplies electric power from a power transmitting device to a vehicle. The vehicle includes a power receiving unit contactlessly receiving electric power from the power transmitting device, an electrical storage device storing electric power received by the power receiving unit, and a vehicle ECU. The power transmitting device includes a power supply unit, a power transmitting unit contactlessly supplying electric power, supplied from the power supply unit, to the power receiving unit and a matching transformer used to adjust an impedance between the power supply unit and the power transmitting unit. The vehicle ECU is able to output, to the power transmitting device, a command to adjust the matching transformer, and sets an impedance of the matching transformer on the basis of a power transfer efficiency between the power transmitting unit and the power receiving unit while the electrical storage device is being charged.

摘要： A parking assist system for a vehicle includes a target position setting unit setting a vehicle target parking position on the basis of a coil type and position of a power transmitting unit. When the coil type is a composite coil having a configuration such that an annular coil wound to surround a first axis and a solenoid coil wound to surround a second axis intersecting with the first axis are serially connected, the target position setting unit sets the target parking position such that a center of a power receiving unit mounted on the vehicle is located at a predetermined distance from the first axis along the second axis. The solenoid coil is set at a position with respect to the annular coil such that the first axis extends through a side face center portion of the solenoid coil.

摘要： Power supply side equipment comprises a high-frequency power supply, a matching box, a primary side resonance coil, an output impedance variable unit, a matching state detection unit, and a control unit. By a magnetic field resonance, the primary side resonance coil transmits power in a non-contact manner to a load through a secondary side resonance coil. At least the matching box, the primary side resonance coil, the secondary side resonance coil, and the load constitute a resonance system having a resonant frequency. The matching state detection unit detects the matching state between the input impedance of the resonance system and the output impedance of the high-frequency power supply at the resonant frequency. The control unit adjusts the output impedance variable unit and the matching box according to the detection result by the matching state detection unit so that the input impedance of the resonance system and the output impedance of the high-frequency power supply match each other.
