摘要： Disclosed herein is an thermal management system for an electric vehicle, comprising a heat generating component cooling device and a heat pump device, wherein the heat pump device comprises a compressor, a first heat exchanger, a throttling element and a second heat exchanger which are connected through pipelines and form a loop; the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger are both dual channel exchanger, two channels of the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger are sealed and isolated respectively, first channels of the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger communicate with other components of the heat pump device through pipelines; the heat generating component cooling device communicates with second channels of the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger respectively to form loops which can be closed, and the two loops formed by the heat generating component cooling device with the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger respectively can be open alternatively. The thermal management system of the present invention can ensure full use of the heat from heat generating components in the electric vehicle and improve the cooling effect of the heat generating components and the comfort of the cabin.

摘要： A thermal management system for an electric vehicle includes a device for cooling one or more heat generating components, an in-cabin heat exchanger, and a heat pump device. The heat pump device includes a compressor, a first heat exchanger, a throttling element, and a second heat exchanger which are connected through pipelines and form a first loop. The first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger are both dual channel exchangers. The device for cooling one or more heat generating components forms a second loop with the second channel of the first heat exchanger, and forms a third loop with the second channel of the second heat exchanger. The in-cabin heat exchanger forms a fourth loop with the second channel of the second heat exchanger. Only one of the second, third, and fourth loops is not shut off at any given time.

摘要： An electric vehicle and a thermal management system are provided, a cooling device thereof comprises a condenser (12), a throttling element (14) and an evaporator (13); a heat exchange device thereof comprises a first air cooled heat exchanger (22) and a heater (23); a heat recovery cooling device thereof comprises a heat emission component heat exchanger (35), a second air cooled heat exchanger (34) and a cooler (33); a passenger compartment temperature regulating device thereof comprises the heater (23) and a cooler (33). The first air cooled heat exchanger (22) and the heater (23) are in communication with the condenser (12) through a first flow regulating valve (21). The cooler (33) and the heat emission component heat exchanger (35) are in communication with the evaporator (13) through a second flow regulating valve (31). The second air cooled heat exchanger (34) is selectively connected in series to the heat emission component heat exchanger (35). The thermal management system ensures full utilization of heat, improves the cooling effect and the comfort level of the passenger compartment, reduces the amount of the charged coolant, and prevents the coolant from entering the passenger compartment.

摘要： A thermal management system includes a cooling circuit, a heat exchange circuit, a heat recovery cooling device and a passenger compartment temperature regulating device. The cooling device includes a condenser, a throttling element and an evaporator. The heat exchange device includes a first air cooled heat exchanger and a heater. The heat recovery cooling device includes a pump, a second air cooled beat exchanger and a cooler. The passenger compartment temperature regulating device includes an air flowing passage and a fan arranged in the air flowing passage, or a compartment heat exchanger. The first air cooled heat exchanger and the heater are in communication with the condenser through a first flow regulating valve. The cooler and the heat emission component heat exchanger are in communication with the evaporator through a second flow regulating valve. The second air cooled heat exchanger is selectively connected in series to the heat emission component heat exchanger.
