The other of these openings receives a ring for supporting the carrier on a wall-mounted hook. Recesses or relieved portions of various configurations are preferably provided in the C-shaped member to minimize the amount of material utilized in its formation while still permitting the member to remain strong and stiff.

摘要： A carrier for releasably receiving, retaining, carrying and hanging a pair of roller skates includes a C-shaped handle having upper and lower leg portions which overlie each other and which extend substantially in a common plane. The upper leg portion is of sufficient size relative to the size of one's hand to effectively distribute the load of a pair of roller skates across the width of one's hand. The lower leg portion is provided with an opening through which a shaft extends in a direction substantially perpendicular to at least a part of the lower leg portion. Opposite end regions of the shaft project from opposite sides of the opening. Two separate pairs of hook-shaped arm members are carried on opposite end regions of the shaft. Each pair includes arm members located on opposite sides of the C-shaped handle for engaging a rear axle of a skate. The arm members of each pair are spring biased in directions relatively away from each other, but may be moved relatively toward each other as required for the arm members to be inserted between the inside surfaces of a pair of skate wheels. The shaft is rotatable with respect to the C-shaped handle thereby enabling the arm members to be moved in unison between a storage position wherein they overlie opposite sides of the handle, and an operative position wherein they depend from the handle. A detent assembly is interposed between the shaft and the handle to selectively releasably retain the arm members in their operative and storage positions.

The cap includes a top wall, an internally threaded skirt depending from perimetrical portions of the top wall, and a stem depending from a central portion of the top wall. The locking means is located near the lower rim of a skirt portion of the closure cap. If the locking means has been tampered with, the cap can be removed from the container. A visual inspection of the closure cap readily indicates whether the locking means is in tampered or untampered condition. In one embodiment, the cap can be repeatedly snapped into place on the container, and in other alternative embodiments, the cap can be repeatedly threaded onto the container. The multiple sealing areas not only seal the contents of the container, but one of the areas also prevents dust, dirt, or other contaminants from having access to the other sealing areas.

摘要： A childproof, push-pull container closure includes a body portion having an opening through which container contents may be discharged. A cap is secured to the body portion and is adapted for movement axially of the body portion. The cap is mounted to the body portion by means of a formation extending from the upper surface of the body portion. In one embodiment, the formation defines recesses spaced 180.degree. from each other and located near the periphery of the body portion. The cap includes a top wall having a depending skirt along the lower edge of which an annular, radially inwardly directed flange is included. When the cap is in a closed position, the recesses and the annular flange are engaged in interlocking relationship. In order to unlock the cap, the skirt is distorted by applying force to the skirt at appropriate opposed circumferential locations until the annular flange is moved from the recesses. Certain embodiments of the invention include an upstanding portion projecting from the midpoint of the ledge; an inner skirt depends from the top wall and snugly engages the upstanding portion. This construction permits movement of the cap to be constrained. In all embodiments of the invention, the cap includes a seal engageable with a sealing surface included as part of the body portion.
