    • Processes for catalytically synthesizing ethylbenzene from ethanol and benzene comprising: 1) reacting a first mixture comprising ethanol and benzene with at least one catalyst chosen from binder-containing alkylation catalysts and binder-free alkylation catalysts in an alkylation reactor to obtain a second mixture comprising residual benzene, ethylbenzene, diethylbenzene, and water; 2) passing the second mixture successively through a benzene recovery tower, an ethylbenzene recovery tower, and a polyethylbenzene recovery tower to obtain separated water, separated benzene, separated ethylbenzene, and separated diethylbenzene; and 3) reacting a third mixture with at least one transalkylation catalyst in a transalkylation reactor, wherein the third mixture comprises at least some of the separated benzene and at least some of the separated diethylbenzene at a weight ratio ranging from about 2:1 to about 10:1.

    • The present invention provides a reconfigurable optical add/drop multiplexing device for enabling a totally inresistant colorless, wherein a dropping unit is configured to separate multi-wavelength optical signals which are among direction 1˜X and are broadcast inputted in a circuit direction, switch the multi-wavelength optical signals among the direction 1˜X to any corresponding output port through multiple N×N optical switches, and send the optical signals to a corresponding Receiver (RX) after combining the received optical signals by a corresponding K×1 coupler/optical switch; an adding unit is configured to broadcast the optical signals sent by a Transmitter (TX) to the multiple N×N optical switches through N 1×K couplers/optical switches, switch the optical signals to any corresponding output port by each optical switch, and output the corresponding optical signals in the direction 1˜X to the circuit direction after the optical signals are implemented with optical multiplexing; wherein, X is an integer which is greater than or equal to 2, and K and N are both integers. The present invention can enable the totally inresistant colorless in adding and dropping units.

    • The present invention discloses an airway system and operating method thereof in the medical equipments such as a ventilator and an anesthetic machine. The airway system comprises: a respiratory circuit (2) comprising an inspiratory branch (21) and an expiratory branch (22); a control unit (1) connected to the respiratory circuit (2) for controlling the opening and closing of the inspiratory and expiratory branches; an airway pressure sensor (7) located in the respiratory circuit (2) for measuring the airway pressure, wherein an ambient pressure sensor (5) is also located in the respiratory circuit (2), and wherein in the normal operating mode, the ambient pressure sensor (5) is used to measure the ambient pressure, while when failures occur in the airway pressure sensor (7) it is used to roughly measure the airway pressure. The airway system and operating method thereof according to the present invention guarantee the stable and continuous operation of the respiratory system when the airway pressure sensor can not measure the airway pressure because of failures so that the safety of the patient is ensured.
