摘要： The present invention discloses a debris collection device for cutting mechanism and an LCD panel cutting debris suction device. A debris collection device for cutting mechanism comprises a debris collection cap and a suction spray head used for connecting with a suction device; the debris collection cap comprises a connecting part used for surrounding and fixing on the cutting mechanism, and the debris collection cap is provided with a through hole communicated with the suction spray head. The present invention can remove the debris produced in the cutting process in time, and can reduce relevant defects such as line scratches, terminal scratches, short circuit, broken circuit, etc. which are generated because of debris. Thus, the product yield and quality of LCD panels can be improved, and the time of the subsequent cleaning process can be reduced.

The method for using the desulfurization slurry stabilizer comprises: preparing the slurry stabilizer into a homogeneous liquid having a mass concentration of 10% to 30% with water or desulfurization slurry outside a desulfurization tower, and spraying the homogeneous liquid into the absorption area and the reaction area of the desulfurization tower using a pump and a slurry atomizing and spraying device.

摘要： The present invention provides a base film of modified polyvinyl alcohol as well as a method for preparing the base film of modified polyvinyl alcohol and a polarizer made from the base film. The method includes steps of: (1) executing surface graft modification of nano-silicon dioxides with fluorinated silane to obtain modified nano-silicon dioxide powders; (2) adding the modified nano-silicon dioxide powders obtained from the step (1) to an aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol polymers, in order to prepare a composite solution of polyvinyl alcohol polymers; and (3) pouring the composite solution of polyvinyl alcohol polymers prepared from the step (2) onto a surface of a casting substrate to obtain a base film of modified polyvinyl alcohol (PVA). The present invention enhances the heat and humidity resistances and the stability of the PVA base film, and improves its mechanical performance and sticking-resistance.
