摘要： A process is disclosed for reversibly absorbing acid gases from gaseous mixtures wherein a salt hydrate is heated to a temperature above its melting point and exposed to an acid gas which is absorbed by the salt hydrate to form a salt hydrate melt. This melt is thereafter cooled to a temperature sufficient to solidify the melt and to desorb the acid gas from the solidified salt hydrate. Preferred salt hydrates include tetramethylammonium fluoride tetrahydrate and tetraethylammonium acetate tetrahydrate.

The gas mixture containing one or more of these acid gases is contacted with a hydrated salt of the compositionA.sub.x.sup.m+ B.sub.y.sup.n-.rH.sub.2 Owherein A.sup.m+ is a cation, B.sup.n- is the conjugate base of a weak acid having a pKa corresponding to an ionization constant of the acid greater than 3 as measured in dilute aqueous solution, m and n are independently integers from 1-4, x and y are integers such that the ratio of x to y provides a neutral salt and r is any number greater than zero up to the maximum number of moles of water which can be bound to the salt. The salt hydrate reversibly absorbs the acid gas from the gas mixture.

摘要： A game system is disclosed that comprises a game processor configured to control game play of an electronic video game, and a game controller in electronic communication with the game processor. The game controller includes a plurality of appendicular members configured for respective engagement with legs and arms of a user, and a resistance control system providing a resistive force on each of the plurality of appendicular members with respect to movement of the legs and arms of the user. The resistive force provided by the resistance control system is adjustable in a generally continuous manner in response to the game play of the electronic video game. The game controller also includes a feedback control system responsive to at least one of a motion parameter, a force parameter, and/or a position parameter of each of the plurality of appendicular members to control the game play of the electronic video game.

In yet another embodiment of the invention, once biological or genetic attributes (33) are determined, a perfume (544) may be manufactured which is based on a unique set of genetic attributes, and which may either fortify the sexual self-confidence and broadcast the attributes of the person who wears the perfume, or may be used to enhance the attractiveness of another person.
