    • A portable blower-vacuum includes a housing having an inlet and an outlet. A motor is disposed within the housing for rotatably driving an impeller to transfer an airflow from the inlet to the outlet. The blower-vacuum also includes an elongated air outlet structure over which an elongated blower tube may be slid for attachment in a blower mode and removed in a vacuum mode. The outlet structure possesses a configuration that improves the ease with which the blower tube may be fitted to the air outlet. The blower-vacuum also includes a cover disposed over the inlet in a blower mode and a skirt adapted to cooperate with the cover and the inlet to substantially reduce or eliminate lateral airflow from entering the inlet from between the cover and the housing.

    • Systems, apparatuses, devices, kits and processes are provided to enhance bone implants. The bone implant includes one or more bone attachment components for securing the implant into a bone and a head component independent of and separable from the bone attachment components. In one embodiment, each bone attachment component includes an internally threaded bore hole sleeve for receiving a connector component. The head component preferably is adapted so as to be secured to the one or more bone attachment components at the time of initial implantation of the one or more bone attachment components and the head component into the bone. The head component preferably is adapted to be oriented relative to at least one of the one or more bone attachment components at a predetermined tilt angle, so that the implant generally conforms with a natural root structure of a missing tooth.

In one embodiment, the method comprises providing a first index definition document (“IDD”) for defining a first index for the document, wherein the first IDD is applied to the document to create a first set of index keys for the document stored in the database and wherein the first IDD defines at least one set of relationships among nodes in the document; responsive to a change to the document affecting an update node thereof, performing a limited, localized traversal of the document around the update node to determine whether the change affects the first set of index keys; and updating the first set of index keys as necessitated by the change.
