    • A refrigeration capillary tube inside suction tube heat exchanger assembly, including a suction tube whose ends each have a slot with a shaped inner end portion; two braze connectors, each including a sleeve portion with the free end having a shaped recess; a capillary tube adapted to be inserted into one of the suction tube ends and therethrough until each capillary tube ends extends from a suction tube end, each capillary tube end being deformed so as to emerge from the suction tube at locations abutting the shaped inner end portions thereof; and each of the braze connectors sleeve portions engaging one of the suction tube ends, with each suction tube slot cooperating with an adjacent one of the sleeve portion shaped recesses to contact, locate and subsequently fixedly secure the deformed capillary tube portions to the suction tube. Two methods of manufacturing the assembly are also set forth.

    • A method, computer readable medium, and a system for reconstituting a virtual snapshot of files in a file virtualization system includes forming at a file virtualization device a virtual snapshot that includes a plurality of physical snapshots associated with one or more file storage devices participating in the virtual snapshot, receiving a request for performing an operation on one or more physical snapshots in the plurality of physical snapshots, providing the one or more physical snapshots in response to the request for performing the operation when the one or more physical snapshots exists in the virtual snapshot, and reconstituting the virtual snapshot by including the one or more physical snapshots to form a reconstituted virtual snapshot in response to the request for performing the operation when the one or more physical snapshots do not exist in the virtual snapshot.

    • Methods, systems, and computer-readable media provide for providing workforce to load information. According to embodiments, a method for providing workforce to load information corresponding to a plurality of turfs is provided. According to the method, a number of hours of pending and assigned work orders corresponding to the plurality of turfs, a number of tickets corresponding to the plurality of turfs, and a number of technicians dispatched corresponding the plurality of turfs are determined. A plurality of textual indicators, each indicating one of the plurality of turfs, are displayed. A first plurality of numeric indicators, each indicating the corresponding number of hours of pending and assigned work, are displayed. A second plurality of numeric indicators, each indicating the corresponding number of tickets, are displayed. A third plurality of numeric indicators, each indicating the corresponding number of technicians dispatched, are displayed.
