摘要： A check valve for a solenoid valve inclues a check valve seat that is arranged on an edge of a fluid passage and a movable closing element configured to execute a direction-oriented throughflow and sealing function. The closing element includes a sealing cone, a contact foot with a plurality of outflow grooves formed on the edge, and an elastic sealing ring that is arranged between the contact foot and the sealing cone. The outflow grooves form in each case a seating edge for the elastic sealing ring during sealing. The outflow grooves are configured in each case with an arcuate seating edge, which has a predetermined arc length, so that a circle segment of the elastic sealing ring, with an opening angle in the region of 40° to 120°, butts against the respective seating edge during sealing. A solenoid valve includes the check valve.

摘要： A non-return valve for a solenoid valve includes a non-return valve seat and a movable closure element. The valve seat is arranged at an edge of a fluid channel. The movable closure element is configured to carry out a direction-orientated throughflow and sealing function. The closure element includes a sealing cone, an abutment base, and a resilient sealing ring. The sealing ring is arranged between the abutment base and the sealing cone. The abutment base forms, in the event of sealing, a support face for the resilient sealing ring. At an edge of the non-return valve seat there is a first support face which in the event of sealing forms with a second support face which is formed at the outer edge of the abutment base in the direction of the non-return valve seat a mechanical axial stop for the movable closure element.

摘要： A vehicle braking system (20) has a primary braking unit (22) with a first pressure generating unit (34) and a first reservoir (26). The vehicle braking system (20) further has a secondary braking unit (24) with a second pressure generating unit (52) and second reservoir (70). A method of operating the vehicle braking system (20) includes actuating the pressure generating unit (34) of the primary braking unit (22) thereby pressurizing a fluid at a wheel cylinder (30) to slow or stop the vehicle. The wheel cylinder (30) is depressurized in response to an electrical signal provided to an electronic control unit (100,102). The fluid is transferred from the wheel cylinder (30) to the second reservoir (70). The fluid path (PI) between the wheel cylinder (30) and the second reservoir (70) is shorter and has less fluid resistance than the fluid path (P2) between the wheel cylinder (30) and the first reservoir (26). The present invention further comprises two braking systems. The present inventions are intended for fast pressure depressurization at quick start or launch control.

摘要： An electrohydraulic vehicle power braking system for a passenger car driving autonomously on public roads. Two power brake pressure generators are provided which are independent of one another, one of which preferably includes an electromechanically drivable power piston-cylinder unit, and the other preferably includes two hydraulic pumps. Each power brake pressure generator includes a brake fluid reservoir, which is divided into chambers and which together are connected to a further brake fluid reservoir, which is not divided into chambers. The further brake fluid reservoir includes a brake fluid sensor, with the aid of which a brake fluid loss due to a leak at any arbitrary point of the vehicle power braking system is establishable. Due to short lines, the brake fluid reservoirs cause low flow resistances, and thus a rapid brake pressure build-up, even when the brake fluid is cold and, as a result, viscous.

The secondary braking unit is located between the one or more ABS valves and the wheel cylinder.
