摘要： Disclosed are a mobile terminal and a presence information management method thereof, wherein a reception range of presence information preset by a user is pre-stored and then presence information is received from a server according to the pre-stored reception range of the presence information upon an initiation of a presence service to thusly display on a screen, whereby upon receiving the presence service, part of presence information can be received according to the preset reception range of the presence information, or presence information relating to contacts who are not in interest or infrequently engaged in a call is not needed to be processed, resulting in reducing a current consumption due to processing of the presence information and improving a UI performance.

摘要： In session data and a method for establishing a session in a synchronous wireless communication system in accordance with the present invention, by additionally defining a maximum bit rate parameter of the EVRC such that the maximum rate can be varied according to circumstances and conditions of a wireless network, the capacity of the wireless network is expanded and therefore more efficiently used. Services can be flexibly implemented according to the circumstances and conditions of the wireless network by using the maximum bit rate parameter for increasing or decreasing the bandwidth of the wireless network.

According to one aspect of the present invention, the terminal includes a PT client. The PT client includes a controller to request a user's confirmation of media burst for a PT session when the PT client receives a media burst confirmation request. The controller selectively starts encoding of media data of the PT session depending on the user's response to the controller's request.
