摘要： A process for production of conical filter elements, in particular slotted tube filter elements, includes forming a support structure of a plurality of support rods around which is wound at least one wire profile in individual turns. Slots are left clear in the wire profile through which a fluid may pass. The wire profile is, at least in part, rigidly connected to the support rods and is enclosed in a screen grid. The screen grid, at least in part, rests against the wire profile, follows to the same extent the conical path of the filter element, and is provided on its ends with end components. Since the conical screen grid is in the form of a one-piece pull-on part fitted on the support structure and since the pull-on part is designed to be longer than the support structure, after the screen grid has been pulled onto the support structure, at least one projecting length of the screen grid may be separated for precision fitting and is connected to the respective end component of the filter element. The screen grid may be produced integrally with the remaining filter element in advance of the connection process and subsequently pulled onto the support structure with wire profile like a stocking.

摘要： A method for producing a sealing connection between a filter mat of a tubular filter element and a metallic head piece encircling the filter element at one end. The head piece has an annular groove accommodating the edge of the filter mat. In order to reduce the internal diameter of the annular groove, the wall adjacent to the periphery is compressed by the periphery of the head piece towards the interior by applying a force of pressure which is directed radially towards the interior. The wall of the annular groove adjacent to the periphery is provided with an enlargement which enlarges the diameter of the head piece. The force of pressure for compressing the wall is applied in the area of said enlargement.

摘要： A filtering device for a spinning head for producing plastic threads. The spinning head has a housing in which the plastic melt flows through a filter element under pressure before exiting the spinnerets. The filter element is provided with a filtering material that is subjected to an axial contact pressure through a distributor device, according to the degree of pressure of the melt. This contact pressure acts upon the sealing edges of the filter element to close the sealing gaps. The special geometrical configuration of the filter element and/or its elasticity guarantee advantageous filtering in terms of energy. The filtering system is resistant to pressure and provides good, permanent sealing.

The filter element divides a filter area (18) into two partial areas (20, 22). One partial filter areas is conical in form with the cross-section of that partial area (20) being tapered from the filter inlet (12) to the filter outlet (14). The partial areas are separated from each other by the filter element. This arrangement results in an optimum residence time distribution inside the filter device at a uniform flow rate, which is particularly useful for highly viscous fluids such as polymer melts or similar.

摘要： A filter device, in particular, for high-pressure applications in a molten polymer filtration, has a screw-in piece (10), provided with a first threaded section (12) for fixing the filter device, and a second threaded section (14) for fixing a filter medium (16), in particular, in the form of a metal wool and with a perforated support tube (18) for the metal wool. The other free end of the filter device is provided with a volume displacer (24). The metal wool is surrounded by a support grid (20) and fixed by two fixing pieces (28, 30), held at a separation from each other by the support grid (20). One fixing piece (28) is fixed to the second threaded section (14) of the screw-in piece (10). The other fixing piece forms a handle (30) for the fixing formed. As a result of the volume displacer (24) being a one-piece component of the support tube (18) and the fixing piece (30) forming the handle covering the volume displacer (24), the filter device is significantly improved in that a simple and rapid assembly procedure for the exchangeable filter medium is provided. The method comprises the following steps: First, the gas bag is spread out on a base. Then, the rim of the inflation opening of the gas bag is held fixed. Thereafter, a plate is arranged parallel to the base and at a distance therefrom, so that the gas bag extends between the base and the plate. Subsequently, the chamber of the gas bag is exposed to a pressurized medium, so that the gas bag unfolds between the base and the plate. Finally, the wall of the gas bag is pressed inwards at a plurality of sites distributed over a circumference of the gas bag. Further, a gas bag folded by performing this method and a device for performing the method are disclosed.

The filter disk halves are held apart by a supporting device delimiting a substantially free hollow area between them, through which a fluid can flow freely. Inwardly, they delimit an outflow opening for the melt-type filtered fluid. The supporting device has individual supporting cams of substantially equal outer dimensions and arranged in several groups. Separated from each other, the supporting cams extend radially outwardly form the outflow opening, are rigidly connected to at least one of the two halves, and traverse the hollow area in such a way as to rest against the other filter disk half. This results in a filter device which is economical to produce and which has enhanced filter performance when in operation. It is suited particularly to filtering melt-type liquids, such as polymer melts, under high pressure.

Only part of the chambers is directly inflated by an inflator, the remaining part of the chambers being indirectly inflated via the choked port.
