In order for it to be possible to perform arresting of the supporting members in defined positions in the case of limited spatial conditions and only partially extended supporting members, the latching and guiding member extends between a first latching position for the locking bolt in the region of the retracted transport position of the supporting member and a second latching position for the locking bolt in the region of the completely extended, pivoted-out or telescoped working position of the supporting member, and the latching and guiding member has at least one further latching position between the first and second latching position.

摘要： A manipulator for concrete pumps having an articulated boom with at least two boom arms and a hydraulic drive that pivots one or more of the boom arms. A hydraulic cylinder has piston and rod side working volumes. A hydraulic circuit has a first switching state in which the hydraulic circuit connects a first working port for feed or discharge of hydraulic fluid to the rod-side working volume and connects a second working port for feed or discharge of hydraulic fluid to the piston-side working volume. In a second switching state, the hydraulic circuit separates the first working port from the first fluid channel and thereby connects the first fluid channel to the second fluid channel for the feed of hydraulic fluid from the rod-side to the piston side working volume. A sensor acquires an operating state variable based upon which an activation assembly sets the switching state.

摘要： A vehicle having a thick matter pump has multiple supporting devices, a rotatable mast assembly with part-mast members, and a hydraulic drive assembly with hydraulic drives for the supporting devices and the mast assembly. A valve assembly is provided for the hydraulic drive assembly. The valve assembly has a group of proportional valves and a group of switching valve devices which are each connected to at least one hydraulic drive of the supporting devices or the part-mast members. The switching valve devices are connected downstream of the proportional valves. Exactly one switching valve device is supplied by exactly one proportional valve and is connected downstream of exactly one proportional valve such that outputs of the proportional valves lead exclusively to inputs of the switching valve devices.
