摘要： A pourable agglomerated aluminosilicate builder composition comprising(A) from 20% to 70% by weight of at least one finely-divided, synthetically-produced, water-insoluble aluminosilicate compound containing at least some combined water and having a calcium binding power of at least 50 mg CaO/gm of anhydrous active substance and the formula on the anhydrous basis(M.sub.2/n O).sub.x. Me.sub.2 O.sub.3.(SiO.sub.2).sub.ywhere M is a cation of the valence n, exchangeable with calcium, x is a number from 0.7 to 1.5, Me is aluminum or boron, and y is a number from 0.8 to 6, and(B) from 30% to 80% by weight of at least two water-soluble alkali metal salts containing water of crystallization selected from the group consisting of tripolyphosphates, pyrophosphates, orthophosphates, sulfates, carbonates, metasilicates and borates; as well as the process of production of the same.

(SiO.sub.2).sub.ywhere M is a cation of the valence n, exchangeable with calcium, x is a number of from 0.7 to 1.5, Me is a member selected from aluminum and boron and y is a number of from 0.8 to 6, comprising spraying an aqueous slurry containing at least 50% by weight of the total solids of the final spray dried detergent into a conventional spray drier and simultaneously injecting at the area of the spray cone at least 25% of the total amount of said bound water-containing silicate compound, as a powder.

(SiO.sub.2).sub.ywhere M is a cation of the valence n, exchangeable with calcium, x is a number of from 0.7 to 1.5, Me is aluminum or boron, and y is a number from 0.8 to 6, and at least 0.5% by weight of at least one organic dispersing agent as follows:(1) an organic, macromolecular polymer with carboxyl and/or hydroxyl groups, p1 (2) an organic phosphonic acid with at least one additional phosphonic or carboxylic acid group,(3) an alkyl acid phosphate having 3 to 20 carbon atoms in the alkyl(4) a nonionic surface-active compound with a turbidity point in aqueous butoxyethoxyethanol according to DIN 53917 of below 90.degree. 摘要： An improvement in the process for the production of spray dried detergents containing nonionic tensides where the aqueous detergent slurry containing from 50% to 90% by weight of the total solids of the final spray dried detergent and from 0 to 5% at the most by weight of the total solids of nonionic tensides is sprayed into a conventional spray drier and simultaneously at the area of the spray cone a watersoluble powder is injected consisting of the remainder of the total solids of the final spray dried detergent having at least one nonionic tenside deposited thereon as a granulate where the ratio by weight of solids to nonionic tenside amounts to 50:1 to 5:1; whereby larger amounts of nonionic tensides can be incorporated into the final spray dried detergent without increased heating costs.
