摘要： A single sheet feeder for moving individual sheets from the top of a stack includes a driven sheet separator roller mounted on an arcuately moveable support arm, the roller having an annular sheet engaging friction surface and a bottom sheet retard pad in opposed relationship to the separator roller. In a first embodiment the retard pad has a specially configured sheet engaging surface having a sheet retarding portion which is angled downwardly from the direction of sheet movement to reduce excessively high separator roller drive torque requirements. In a second embodiment, the sheet support surface has a recess proximate the sheet retard pad for receiving the driven separator roller to prevent contact of the driven roller with the sheet support to avoid excessively high separator roller drive torque. Arcuate movement of the roller toward the sheet support is arrested by contact of the roller support arm with any suitable part of the sheet feeder chassis such as the retard pad or stack. support surface before the driven roller contacts the support surface.

摘要： Drilling apparatus is adapted for use with a computer controlled plotter to selectively use the plotter as an automatically positionable hole drilling device. A drill motor of the drilling apparatus is carried and manipulated by a carrier mechanism of the plotter in a manner similar to that in which a conventional plotter instrument is manipulated. A coupling apparatus is attached to the carrier mechanism for the purpose of selectively mechanically connecting to and establishing a pneumatic seal for supplying pressurized gas to operate the drill motor. An alignment apparatus is connected between the carrier mechanism and the drilling apparatus to position an axis through the drill bit of the drill motor orthogonal to the plotter table. An actuator apparatus moves the drill motor toward the plotter table to drill holes in the material positioned on the plotter table.

First, a model of the part is received. Next, a predetermined rule is retrieved from a computer readable medium having a plurality of predetermined rules. A feature of the geometric model is selected by evaluating the retrieved predetermined rule and a process is determined that is associated with the feature. Based on the process, computer code is generated to manufacture the part on a computer controlled machine.

There is provided a method for creating a video poetry media, the method comprising receiving an ordered list of text phrases selected from a defined plurality of text phrases, presenting a plurality of video clips, wherein each of the plurality of video clips is associated with one or more of the ordered list of text phrases, receiving an ordered list of video clips selected from the plurality of video clips, and generating the video poetry media using the ordered list of video clips. In this manner, the barrier of entry for creating video poetry media is reduced, encouraging increased user participation and the creation of the “viral” effect by sharing video poetry online. Positive publicity for associated brands and media properties and additional channels for commercial promotions are thereby provided.
