摘要： The disclosed Telecom Information Management System (TIMS) integrates Mobile Expense Management (MEM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions with Telecom Expense Management (TEM) solutions in a single software platform, which can be delivered to enterprises as software-as-a-service (SaaS). TIMS can initiate over-the-air (OTA) enrollment of mobile devices, including installing provisioning profiles, applications, email server settings, feature restrictions, communication settings and other parameters. Configuration parameters can be added into software applications before they are delivered to a mobile device. The configurations can be updated after the applications are installed on the mobile device. TIMS can remotely disable applications or certain functionality of applications on mobile devices. The software applications delivered to the mobile devices can facilitate MEM and MDM by leveraging device capabilities.

There is also included a telephony platform providing communication services to users, the telephony platform having an input receiver that receives, via a plurality of networks of different types, a personal identification number from a user, an enhanced communication service selection that the user selected from a plurality of enhanced communication services and a request for user account information, a storage device that stores an account value linked to the personal identification number, a verification module that authenticates the personal identification number sent by the input device and verifies that the stored account value has sufficient value to pay for the enhanced communication service and a processor that provides the user-selected enhanced communication service and/or the user-requested account information to the user.

摘要： A method and a system for characterizing an integrated circuit (IC) design are disclosed. The method includes receiving a description of leaf cells used in the IC design. The IC design is described in a high-level language by using the description of the leaf cells. The description of the IC design includes specifying placement of the leaf cells and specifying connectivity between them. Further, the method includes extracting a circuit netlist file based on the physical layout of the IC design. The instructions are defined in the high-level language to perform simulations on the extracted circuit netlist file. These simulations are performed on the circuit netlist file to determine the values of the design parameters. Furthermore, the method includes providing the values of the design parameters of the IC design in a pre-defined output format based on the simulations.

摘要： Pre-authorized communication services and/or transactions are provided via a plurality of networks in response to a request received from a user to provide at least one of a communication service, a transaction and user account information via a plurality of networks of different types. Prior to processing the request, there is verification of the user's authorization to receive the at least one of the communication service, the transaction, and the user account information, and that an account associated with the user has a sufficient amount currently available for payment of the at least one of the communication service and the transaction. After verification, an authorized account associated with the user is charged in real time as the at least one of the communication service and the transaction is provided.
