摘要： An ejector control device for an injection molding machine performs a series of processes that move ejector pins forward and backward a plurality of times to remove a molded article from a mold. Each process has various elements, such as a starting condition, a delay time from satisfaction of the starting condition to actual start of the operation, a target position, and a movement speed with which the ejector pins advance (or retract) to the target position from the position reached in the previous process. Data are set to specify the elements of each process and the execution order of the processes.

摘要： A method of indicating an open/close state of a check valve of an injection molding machine simply and more accurately. The method detects screw rotational force during injection and displays in wave form on the screen of a display device changes in detected rotational force. An open/close state of the check valve can be indicated based on the waveform pattern displayed on the display screen because the screw rotational force waveform pattern changes when the check valve closes. From the fact that the screw rotational force waveform pattern changes when the check valve closes, the open/close state of the check valve can be indicated from the displayed waveform.

摘要： There is provided the torque limiter for limiting a torque command to be output when pressure feedback control of the pressure holding step is performed. After the start of the pressure holding step, the torque limiter limits output toque of the servomotor for injection for a predetermined time period after the screw starts to move backward. As a result, the output torque in the backward direction of the screw is limited and reduced, whereby the speed of backward movement of the screw is reduced, and decrease of the pressure applied to the resin becomes moderate, thus abrupt drop of the pressure can be avoided.

摘要： A method of analyzing factors affecting the product quality performs adjustment of molding conditions for an injection molding machine. Data effective to discriminate the product quality is properly selected, and molding conditions for eliminating a molding abnormality are easily determined for an appropriate adjustment of the molding conditions. First and second principal component axes are defined by obtaining correlation coefficients indicating correlations of variations of plural conditions related to an injection molding operation, and performing a principal component analysis. Points representing dispersion of various conditions with respect to each principal component axis, are plotted on a rectangular coordinate system. The characteristic of variation tendency of data of the various conditions is synthetically evaluated on the basis of the first and second principal components which are most affecting the variation of data of the various conditions. The selection of the detected data for discriminating the product quality and the molding conditions to be adjusted is made easy, so that the discrimination of the product quality and adjustment of the molding conditions are simplified.
