摘要： Provided is a photocatalytic coating in which the coating per se is hardly eroded even when a photocatalyst is excited and a coating surface having strong hydrophobic tendency can be formed. The photocatalytic coating is prepared by dispersing or dissolving at least a photocatalyst, a tetrafluoro-ethylene-based resin obtained by graft polymerization of a sulfonic acid, a compound containing metal ion having an ionic radius not less than an ionic radius of calcium and/or complex ion having an ionic radius not less than the ionic radius of calcium into a solvent. Further, hydroxide is used as the compound containing the metal ion or an electrically neutral surfactant is added to the photocatalytic coating.

摘要： The present invention relates to a decorative sheet for insert molding prepared by laminating at least a surface protective layer on a support comprising an ABS resin, wherein the above support has a flexural modulus of 1500 to 3000 MPa; the above support has a thickness of 100 to 500 μm; the above surface protective layer is obtained by cross-linking and curing an ionizing radiation curable resin composition; and the above ionizing radiation curable resin composition has a tensile modulus of more than 100 MPa to less than 1000 mPa which is measured by the following method and a static frictional coefficient of 1.0 or less on a surface and a decorative sheet for insert molding comprising at least a picture layer, a low glossy picture ink layer provided partially and a surface protective layer in this order on a support, wherein the above surface protective layer is present on the low glossy picture ink layer and brought into contact therewith, and it is coated over a whole surface including an area where the above low glossy picture ink layer is formed and an area where the low glossy picture ink layer is not formed; the surface protective layer is obtained by cross-linking and curing an ionizing radiation curable resin composition; and the surface protective layer has a thickness of 1 to 30 μm.Capable of being provided are a decorative sheet which has a high abrasion resistance and a high scratch resistance and is provided with a good moldability and which has a surface protective layer causing no cracks and is provided with a high design property and used for molding a decorated molding, a production process for a decorated resin molding by using the above decorative sheet and a decorated resin molding produced by the above production process.

The invention also provides a decorative sheet including at least a surface protective layer on a substrate, in which the surface protective layer includes a cured material of an ionizing radiation curable resin composition at least containing an acrylic silicone (meth)acrylate (C) and a multi-functional (meth)acrylate (B) in a mass ratio (C)/(B) of (50/50)-(95/5). The present invention provides a decorative sheet with a surface protective layer having scratch resistance as well as three-dimensional formability.

摘要： A decorative sheet which comprises, on a base film layer, a second picture layer that is partially provided and a surface protective layer that is present on and in contact with the second picture layer and covers the entire surface of the base film layer including the region where the second picture layer is formed and the region where the second picture layer is not formed. The decorative sheet is characterized in that: a binder resin for a second picture ink that constitutes the second picture layer is a thermoplastic resin; the surface protective layer is formed of a crosslinking-cured product of an ionizing radiation curable resin composition that contains a polycarbonate (meth)acrylate and/or an acrylic silicone (meth)acrylate; and a low gloss pattern layer that has a low luster region is formed in the surface protective layer right above the second picture layer by the interaction between the ionizing radiation curable resin and the thermoplastic resin. A decorative resin molded article which is obtained using the decorative sheet.

摘要： The present invention provides a decorative sheet having a base film made of a thermoplastic polyester resin and a decorative layer on the base film, and provides a decorated resin molding produced by using the decorative sheet. The base film is not broken in both of MD (a flow direction of film-forming) and TD (a direction perpendicular to MD) and has a stress of 20 N/cm2 or less in any of MD and TD under a 200% elongation at 80° C. The decorated resin molding includes a resin molding and the decorative sheet which is unitedly laminated to the resin molding. The decorative layer of the decorative sheet faces toward the resin molding. The decorative sheet is suitable for producing the decorated resin molding by a decorating injection molding method.
