    • A stress distribution state is improved and a better design is realized.A coil spring 1 has a spring wire 3 that is wound in a coil shape and whose sectional outer basic shape is circular. Between coil inner and outer diameter sections 5 and 7 of a sectional outer shape of the spring wire 3, flat faces 9 and 11 are formed so that coil portions adjacent to each other in the direction of a coil axis 4 are stabilized when they are brought into contact with each other. A flattening T/W of the sectional outer shape with the flat faces 9 and 11 in the coil axis direction is set so that a stress ratio is equal to or lower than a stress ratio of a coil spring whose sectional outer shape is circular. The flat faces 9 and 11 stably receive load and shorten a solid length in a tightly compressed state. This is advantageous in designing a spring having a longer stroke and lower rigidity. Better stress distribution in a circumferential direction of the sectional circumferential shape improves the uniformity of stress distribution.

    • Connector terminals 13 connected to ends of respective electric wires 12 are inserted into an electric wire insertion section 11b formed in a housing body 11 of a waterproof connector 10. The connector terminals 13 are attached to respective terminal attachment sections 11a. The connector comprises a plug 14 which is molded on the outer peripheral surfaces of the electric wires 12 situated in the electric wire insertion section 11b and which is removably fitted into the electric wire insertion section 11b with a slight gap between the inner peripheral surface of the electric wire insertion section 11b and the plug 14; and a resiliently-deformable annular sealing body 15 which is retained in a retention groove formed along an outer peripheral surface of the plug 14 and which is brought into intimate contact with the inner peripheral surface of the electric wire insertion section 11b.

    • A cellular cordless telephone set includes an antenna being common to cellular telephone and cordless telephone, and a radio transceiver connected to the antenna and being common to cellular telephone and cordless telephone. The radio transceiver is changeable between a cellular telephone mode of operation and a cordless telephone mode of operation. The radio transceiver receives an incoming cellular telephone radio signal from the antenna and feeds a transmission cellular telephone radio signal to the antenna during the cellular telephone mode of operation. The radio transceiver receives an incoming cordless telephone radio signal from the antenna and feeds a transmission cordless telephone radio signal to the antenna during the cordless telephone mode of operation. The incoming cellular telephone radio signal and the transmission cellular telephone radio signal are in a first predetermined frequency band. The incoming cordless telephone radio signal and the transmission cordless telephone radio signal are in a second predetermined frequency band adjacent to the first predetermined frequency band.
