摘要： A cellular cordless telephone set includes an antenna being common to cellular telephone and cordless telephone, and a radio transceiver connected to the antenna and being common to cellular telephone and cordless telephone. The radio transceiver is changeable between a cellular telephone mode of operation and a cordless telephone mode of operation. The radio transceiver receives an incoming cellular telephone radio signal from the antenna and feeds a transmission cellular telephone radio signal to the antenna during the cellular telephone mode of operation. The radio transceiver receives an incoming cordless telephone radio signal from the antenna and feeds a transmission cordless telephone radio signal to the antenna during the cordless telephone mode of operation. The incoming cellular telephone radio signal and the transmission cellular telephone radio signal are in a first predetermined frequency band. The incoming cordless telephone radio signal and the transmission cordless telephone radio signal are in a second predetermined frequency band adjacent to the first predetermined frequency band.

摘要： A phase of a sampling clock provided from clock generating circuit 107 is switched periodically and alternately with a phase difference of 180 degrees, and during a period of each phase, timing estimating circuit 105 estimates a symbol timing. High-accuracy timing estimating circuit 109 selects an estimated result with higher reliability among symbol timing estimated results obtained in respective periods, thereby enabling estimation of the symbol timing with time resolution twice a sampling period. It is possible to decrease an operation frequency in an A/D conversion circuit even in a system requiring timing synchronization accuracy with high accuracy.

The two-surface constrainable tool comprises: a bottom grip taper shank (14) having a taper part (15) having a first retaining surface and capable of being closely fitted in a taper bore (12) formed in the spindle (10), and a flange (16) provided in one end surface (16a) thereof facing the end surface (10a) of the spindle (10) with a groove (18); and a collar (20) to be interposed between the end surface (16a) of the flange (16) and the end surface (10a) of the spindle (10), consisting of two symmetrical segments (20a, 20b) having ridges (22a, 22b) to be fitted in the groove (18) of the flange (16), and a second retaining surface to be brought into close contact with the end surface (10a) of the spindle (10). The bottom grip taper shank (14) retains itself by the first and the second retaining surface on the spindle (10).
