摘要： A drive device includes a motor, an inverter to control current supplied to the motor, plate-shaped busbars that electrically connect the motor with the inverter, and a housing that accommodates the motor, the inverter, and the busbars. The housing includes a partition wall that partitions the inside of the housing into a motor housing and an inverter housing. The partition wall is provided with a through hole. Each busbar includes a motor connection terminal, an inverter connection terminal, a first portion extending from the motor connection terminal toward the through hole, and a second portion extending from the first portion to the inverter connection terminal through the through hole. At least two busbars overlap each other in a plate thickness direction inside the through hole.

摘要： A drive device includes a motor, a housing, an oil passage in the housing, an oil pump in which a portion of the oil passage is provided, and a strainer inside the housing and in which a portion of the oil passage is provided. The oil passage includes an oil sump in which oil is accumulated and a suction path connecting the oil sump and the oil pump. A central axis of the oil pump extends in a direction intersecting the vertical direction. The strainer is in the suction path. The strainer includes a suction port to suction oil from the oil sump, a discharge port to discharge oil toward the oil pump, and a filter. The suction port opens downward in the vertical direction. The discharge port opens in a direction intersecting the vertical direction toward the oil pump.

摘要： According to one aspect of the present disclosure, a driving device is a driving device for rotating an axle of a vehicle and includes: a motor having a rotor rotating about a motor axis extending in a horizontal direction orthogonal to a vertical direction; a reduction gear connected to the rotor; a differential gear connected to the motor via the reduction gear; and a housing configured to house the motor, the reduction gear and the differential gear therein. The housing has a protrusion that protrudes upward in the vertical direction, and at least one circumferential rib that extends in a circumferential direction. The protrusion has a female screw hole into which an eye bolt can be tightened. At least one of the circumferential ribs is connected to the protrusion.

摘要： A drive apparatus includes a motor; a reduction gear connected to the motor; a differential connected to the reduction gear, for rotating an axle about a differential axis; a housing including a gear housing portion housing the reduction gear and the differential; and an oil housed in the gear housing portion. The differential includes a gear for rotating about the differential axis. An end portion of the gear is lower than the reduction gear, and is configured to soak in the oil. The housing includes an oil drain hole and an oil feed hole for joining an interior of the housing and a space outside of the housing, a first stopper member removably in the oil drain hole, and a second stopper member removably in the oil feed hole. Each of the oil drain hole and the oil feed hole is in a portion of the gear housing portion.

The end plate includes a plate through hole extending in an axial direction, a first recessed portion extending radially inward from the plate through hole, and a second recessed portion extending radially outward from the plate through hole. The first recessed portion opens radially inward in the end plate. The first recessed portion includes an axially-facing opening covered with the rotor core. The second recessed portion includes an axially-facing opening including a covered portion covered with the cover portion, and an open portion not covered with the cover portion.

摘要： A transmission mechanism device includes a transmission mechanism including a hollow shaft, and a bearing supporting an outer face of the shaft. A holder holding the bearing is on the inner face of a housing of the transmission mechanism. The holder has a facing face facing an end of the shaft, a tubular portion holding the bearing and protruding in the axial direction radially from the facing face, and a rib inside the tubular portion and protruding in the axial direction from the facing face. The rib extends in a concave shape opening upward. A lower end of an inner face of the rib is below an upper end of an inner face of the shaft when viewed from the axial direction. At least one end of the rib in an extending direction faces an inner face of the tubular portion via a gap when viewed from the axial direction.

摘要： A motor unit includes a motor including a rotor and a stator, a gear connected to the rotor, a housing including a housing space to house the motor and the gear, oil in a vertically lower region of the housing space, and an oil passage to lead the oil from the vertically lower region of the housing space to be fed to the motor. The housing space includes a motor chamber to house the motor; and a gear chamber to house the gear. The housing includes a partition to divide the motor chamber and the gear chamber. A bottom portion of the motor chamber is higher than a bottom portion of the gear chamber. A portion of the oil fed to the motor is in a vertically lower region of the motor chamber. A vertically lower region of the partition includes a partition opening to bring the gear chamber and the motor chamber into communication with each other. The partition opening is structured such that a rise in a liquid surface of the oil in the vertically lower region of the motor chamber causes an increase in an amount of transfer of the oil from the motor chamber to the gear chamber through the partition opening.
