摘要： One aspect of a motor of the present disclosure may include a rotor having a motor shaft disposed along a central axis extending in one direction, a stator facing the rotor via a gap in a radial direction, and a housing having an accommodating portion configured to accommodate the rotor and the stator, and to enable oil to be stored therein, wherein the housing comprises a lower wall portion facing a vertical-directional lower region in the inside of the accommodating portion, the lower wall portion comprises a cooling flow passage formed therein, and refrigerant flows in the cooling flow passage, and at least a portion of the cooling flow passage overlaps the vertical-directional lower region in the inside of the accommodating portion when viewed along a vertical direction.

摘要： A motor includes a rotor to rotate about a motor axis, and a stator radially outside of the rotor. The rotor includes a shaft extending along the motor axis, a rotor core surrounding the shaft from radially outside, a plate-shaped end plate at an axial end portion of the rotor core, and a cover portion at the axial end portion of the rotor core with the end plate intervening between the cover portion and the rotor core. The end plate includes a plate through hole extending in an axial direction, a first recessed portion extending radially inward from the plate through hole, and a second recessed portion extending radially outward from the plate through hole. The first recessed portion opens radially inward in the end plate. The first recessed portion includes an axially-facing opening covered with the rotor core. The second recessed portion includes an axially-facing opening including a covered portion covered with the cover portion, and an open portion not covered with the cover portion.

摘要： A motor unit includes a motor including a rotor and a stator, a gear connected to the rotor, a housing including a housing space to house the motor and the gear, oil in a vertically lower region of the housing space, and an oil passage to lead the oil from the vertically lower region of the housing space to be fed to the motor. The housing space includes a motor chamber to house the motor; and a gear chamber to house the gear. The housing includes a partition to divide the motor chamber and the gear chamber. A bottom portion of the motor chamber is higher than a bottom portion of the gear chamber. A portion of the oil fed to the motor is in a vertically lower region of the motor chamber. A vertically lower region of the partition includes a partition opening to bring the gear chamber and the motor chamber into communication with each other. The partition opening is structured such that a rise in a liquid surface of the oil in the vertically lower region of the motor chamber causes an increase in an amount of transfer of the oil from the motor chamber to the gear chamber through the partition opening.

The housing includes an oil drain hole and an oil feed hole for joining an interior of the housing and a space outside of the housing, a first stopper member removably in the oil drain hole, and a second stopper member removably in the oil feed hole. Each of the oil drain hole and the oil feed hole is in a portion of the gear housing portion.

摘要： A drive device includes a rotor, a stator, a housing including an accommodation portion to store oil, a pump driven through a motor shaft, and a transmission that transmits rotation of the motor shaft to a pump shaft. The pump includes an external gear fixed to the pump shaft, an internal gear surrounding the external gear and meshing with the external gear, a pump room provided in the housing and accommodating the internal gear and the external gear, a suction port through which the oil is to be sucked into the pump room, and a discharge port through which the oil is to be discharged from the pump room. The housing includes a first oil passage connected to the discharge port. The motor shaft includes a second oil passage provided in the motor shaft and connected to the first oil passage and a first through-hole connecting the second oil passage and an outer circumferential surface of the motor shaft. The suction port is open to a lower region in a vertical direction of the accommodation portion, and allows the oil in the accommodation portion to be sucked into the pump room.

The motor shaft includes a second oil passage connected to the first oil passage, and a first through hole to connect the second oil passage to the motor shaft. The second oil passage opens into the first oil passage at the end portion of the motor shaft.
