    • Method, apparatus, and computer program product example embodiments enable data distribution in wireless communication networks. In example embodiments, a method comprises receiving a wireless broadcast message including a message ID and an associated distributor address; buffering the received wireless broadcast message and starting an observation window timer for the message if the message ID of the received wireless broadcast message is not stored in a database of message IDs and associated distributor addresses for previously received wireless broadcast messages; calculating a relaying probability for the received wireless broadcast message, based on a number of distributor address entries associated with the message ID in the database, the entries resulting from receiving other wireless broadcast messages having the same message ID during the observation window; transmitting the buffered message following termination of the observation window, based on the calculated relaying probability; and starting a cooling window timer upon termination of the observation window and removing all records containing the message ID from the database following termination of the cooling window.

The method includes: detecting a first three-phase output electrical signal; calculating a first positive sequence component and a first negative sequence component of the first three-phase output electrical signal; providing a given positive sequence component and a given negative sequence component so as to respectively perform the closed-loop compensation on the first positive sequence component and the first negative sequence component, thereby outputting a second positive sequence component and a second negative sequence component; superimposing the second positive sequence component and the second negative sequence component; and outputting a second three-phase output electrical signal in a preset way.

    • The overlay human interactive proof system (“OHIPS”) and techniques described herein operate in conjunction with any known or later developed computer-based applications or services to provide secure access to resources by reliably differentiating between human and non-human users. Humans have a generally superior ability to differentiate misaligned characters or objects from correctly aligned ones. As such, the OHIP splits an image including one or more visual objects into two or more partial images to form a HIP. The partial images may also be further split into groups of sub-partial images, and/or the partial images (or the sub-partial images) may be moved, so that at any given alignment position, a user can recognize only some visual objects. A user is instructed to reassemble the partial images at one or more predetermined alignment positions using a GUI, and the user is asked to identify information regarding one or more visible objects.
