摘要： A method for delivering published messages to subscribers comprises: —storing a set of subscriptions (F1_top1, F2_top3, F3_top4) in a routing table (RTO) of a first broker (BRO), —sending a set of messages (e1, e2, e3) from the first broker (BRO) to a second broker (BR1) according to at least one subscription (F1_top1) stored in the routing table (RTO)1 —receiving a subsequent message (ek), —determining a search term (topi) based on a data element of the subsequent message (ek), —comparing the search term (topi) with a set of data elements stored in a relation repository (CRR), and —controlling sending of the subsequent message (ek) to the second broker (BR1) according to a result of said comparison, wherein the set of data elements stored in the relation repository (CRR) comprises data elements of the messages (e1, e2, e3) previously sent to the second broker (BR1), and wherein said set of subscriptions (F1_top1, F2_top3, F3_top4) contains at least one subscription (F3_top4), which specifies a topic (top4), which is not contained in the set of data elements stored in the relation repository (CRR).

In example embodiments, a method comprises receiving a wireless broadcast message including a message ID and an associated distributor address; buffering the received wireless broadcast message and starting an observation window timer for the message if the message ID of the received wireless broadcast message is not stored in a database of message IDs and associated distributor addresses for previously received wireless broadcast messages; calculating a relaying probability for the received wireless broadcast message, based on a number of distributor address entries associated with the message ID in the database, the entries resulting from receiving other wireless broadcast messages having the same message ID during the observation window; transmitting the buffered message following termination of the observation window, based on the calculated relaying probability; and starting a cooling window timer upon termination of the observation window and removing all records containing the message ID from the database following termination of the cooling window.

摘要： Transferring peer-to-peer (P2P) file distribution tasks involve beginning a file transfer session at a first apparatus via an Internet-based, peer-to-peer, distributed file transfer network. A local connection between the first apparatus and a second apparatus is established via a local network while the file transfer session is ongoing. Data describing remaining tasks of the ongoing file transfer session is transferred to the second apparatus via the local connection. The file transfer session is assumed by the second apparatus via the file transfer network, and the first apparatus then discontinues further tasks related to the file transfer session.
