摘要： The disclosure is directed to nondestructive systems and methods for simultaneously measuring active carrier concentration and thickness of one or more doped semiconductor layers. Reflectance signals may be defined as functions of active carrier concentration and thickness varying over different wavelengths and over different incidence angles of analyzing illumination reflected off the surface of an analyzed sample. Systems and methods are provided for collecting a plurality of reflectance signals having either different wavelengths or different incidence angle ranges to extract active carrier density and thickness of one or more doped semiconductor layers.

At least one prediction mode acts on at least one pixel in the region to be encoded or decoded to generate the predictive values, using a prediction filter based on one or more reference pixels; furthermore, at least one of the spatial prediction modes has one or a combination of the following characteristics: the prediction filter which is content adaptively calculated through maximizing or minimizing the optimization objective in a specific region is used to generate the predictive values. The information of at least one spatial prediction filter of a specific spatial prediction mode is coded and written into the bit stream. The encoding/decoding system of this disclosure can better capture the dynamics of different video and image contents with improved precision of spatial prediction, and better coding performance is achieved.

The decoding method includes: a slice bitstream is received, wherein the slice bitstream carries parameter set indication information for indicating a camera parameter set; the camera parameters are acquired from the camera parameter set indicated by the parameter set indication information; and the slice bitstream is decoded according to the acquired camera parameters. By the present invention, the technical problem of lower encoding/decoding efficiency caused by the fact that encoding/decoding can only be normally implemented by carrying the camera parameters in the slice bitstream in the conventional art is solved, and the technical effect of improving the encoding/decoding efficiency is achieved.

摘要： The present invention provides a capacitive grounded RF coaxial cable to airstrip transition which comprises a conductive ground plane, an insulating gasket, a reflector plate and an insulating fixing component. The conductive ground plane, the insulating gasket and the reflector plate are attached uniformly and tightly in sequence and fixed together by the insulating fixing component. The outer surface of the conductive ground plane is connected conductively with the outer conductor of the RF coaxial cable. Preferably, the conductive ground plane is a metal plate and the insulating gasket is a plastic gasket. The capacitive grounded RF coaxial cable to airstrip transition further comprises at least one perforation penetrating the conductive ground plane, the insulating gasket and the reflector plate in sequence. The insulating fixing component includes at least one insulating rivet and at least one conductive supporting piece is arranged on the outer surface of the conductive ground plane. The present invention further provides an antenna comprising this transition. Therefore the present invention is designed skillfully, simple in structure, simple and convenient to assemble, has a low cost, avoids metals' direct contact to obviate the difficulty of maintaining the constant surface pressure, and realizes the grounding without producing third-order intermodulation, to completely eliminate unstable factors, and therefore is suitable for large-scale popularization.
