    • Disclosed is a micro power cell capable of being applied as an energy source and utilizing a streaming potential phenomenon occurring in accordance with an electrokinetic principle when an electrolyte aqueous solution flows in the microchannels piled up in several layers. The streaming potential cell consists of a PDMS microfluidic-chip fabricated by MEMS process as well as micromachining technology. The microfluidic-chip is formed with multi microchannels radially arranged in parallel with each other around a center of a disk at a regular interval. The disk type multi microchannel can achieve uniform inflow and outflow effects. According to the invention, there is provided a cell device comprising a pile-up chip having a number of disk type microfluidic-chips with the optimal structure of flow-in and flow-out of a fluid, a distributor, a collector, an electrode insertion part, etc.

The conductive polarizer includes a protective layer, an adhesive layer deposited on the protective layer, a lower support layer deposited on the adhesive layer, a polarizing layer deposited on the lower support layer, an upper support layer deposited on the polarizing layer, and an anti-glare/anti-static layer deposited on the upper support layer.     • A method and system for providing resources by using a virtual path are provided. The method includes: extracting comparison client information corresponding to a virtual path policy from a client that wants to access a resource server and has logged in through a virtual path that is generated so that the resource server is accessed through a virtual path server; comparing the comparison client information with original client information that is already stored in the virtual path server; and if the verification is successful, providing resources to the client that wants to access the resource server through the virtual path. Accordingly, without a separate login verification procedure, basic security can be supported only with the virtual path. Also, according to a security policy, a flexible login verification procedure can be enabled, and misuse and abuse, such as illegal linking to resources, can be properly handled.
