    • A control valve comprises a valve body having a fluid channel and a valve seat; a valve operating part; a valve stem supporting member having its upper end fixed to the valve operating part and its lower end fixed to the valve body; a valve stem penetrating the valve stem supporting member and having its upper end part connected to the valve operating part and its lower end part entering the valve body, the valve stem being movable upward or downward by the valve operating part; and a valve element attached to the lower end of the valve stem. The valve element is moved upward or downward by moving the valve stem upward or downward, the valve element being brought into contact with and seated in the valve seat to close a fluid channel as it is moved downward, the valve element being detached from the valve seat to open the fluid channel as it is moved upward. The valve stem supporting member has an upper tubular body and a lower tubular body, the upper tubular body having its upper end fixed to the valve operating part and its lower end detached from the valve body, the lower tubular body having its lower end fixed to the valve body and its upper end detached from the valve operating part, the two tubular bodies being spaced apart each other, the lower end part of the upper tubular body and the upper end part of the lower tubular body being connected by a connecting member.

    • A control valve comprises a valve body having a fluid channel and a valve seat; a valve operating part; a valve stem supporting member having its upper end fixed to the valve operating part and its lower end fixed to the valve body; a valve stem penetrating the valve stem supporting member and having its upper end part connected to the valve operating part and its lower end part entering the valve body, the valve stem being movable upward or downward by the valve operating part; and a valve element attached to the lower end of the valve stem. The upper and lower bar-shaped members are movable upward from a lower end position where the valve element is in a fully open state. The lower bar-shaped member is stop from moving upward at an upper end position where the valve element is in a fully open state. An uppward moving distance of the upper bar-shaped member from a lower end position is made longer than a moving distance of the lower bar-shaped member from the lower end position to the upper end position.

    • A diaphragm valve comprises a body having an inflow passage, outflow passage, valve chamber and valve seat, a metallic diaphragm for maintaining air-tightness of the valve chamber, a bonnet for securely holding the edge portion of the outer circumference of the metallic diaphragm in cooperation with the body, a stem inserted through and supported by the bonnet but movable up and down, and a valve disk inserted through a center opening in the metallic diaphragm. The valve disk comprises a seat portion of disk-like shape contacting with and moving away from the valve seat, a shaft portion provided on the top surface of the seat portion and inserted through the opening in the diaphragm, and a connecting portion provided at the top end of the shaft portion and connected to the bottom end portion of the stem. An end edge portion of the inner circumference of the diaphragm is welded to the disk valve shaft portion over the entire circumference of the shaft portion at a location spaced from the seat portion so that a large gap exists between the upper surface of the seat portion and the lower surface of the diaphragm, thereby improving gas substitution performance.

    • A diaphragm valve comprises: a body (1) having an inflow passage (1a), an outflow passage (1b), a concave valve chamber (1c) and a valve seat (1d); a metallic main diaphragm (2) which holds airtightness of the valve chamber (1c) and makes contact with and separates from the valve set (1d) directly or indirectly; a bonnet (4) which securely holds an outer circumferential edge portion of the main diaphragm (2) between the body 1 and the bonnet 4; and a stem 5 which causes the main diaphragm (2) to be deformed elastically. At the top surface side of the aforementioned main diaphragm (2) there is arranged a metallic sub-diaphragm (3) whose outer circumferential edge portion can be elastically deformed in a vertical direction. A center portion of the aforementioned sub-diaphragm (3) is fixed to a center portion of the main diaphragm (2), so that the sub-diaphragm (3) comes in contact with the top surface side of the main diaphragm (2) to support a bend thereof when the main diaphragm is deformed elastically.

    • A control device for rotary machine includes: a voltage instruction generation section for generating a voltage instruction; a voltage application section for applying voltage to a rotary machine based on the voltage instruction; a current detection section for detecting rotary machine current of the rotary machine; and an inductance calculation section for calculating an inductance of the rotary machine from the voltage instruction and the rotary machine current. The voltage instruction generation section generates voltage instructions of constant DC voltages. The voltage application section applies voltages to the rotary machine based on the voltage instructions. The inductance calculation section calculates the inductance from a voltage instruction for measurement arbitrarily selected from the voltage instructions, and the rotary machine currents detected by the current detection section before and after application of the voltage instruction for measurement.
