摘要： Provided is a tire defect detection method capable of accurately detecting a thinly extending convex defect of a tire surface. Prior to the start of Step S1, two-dimensional images including a slit light image are successively obtained in advance. In Step S1, a slit light image is extracted from data of a plurality of shot two-dimensional images. In Step S2, an eccentricity component which is deviation resulting from eccentricity is eliminated from the extracted slit light image. In Step S3, a feature quantity is calculated based on the light image from which the eccentricity component is eliminated, and in Step S4, a thinly extending convex defect is detected based on the calculated feature quantity.

摘要： Provided is a tire defect detection method capable of accurately detecting a thinly extending convex defect of a tire surface. The present invention provides a fiber-reinforced composite material which excels in rigidity, strength, and vibration damping properties, and a prepreg which is suitably used for production thereof, and also provides methods for production thereof.

摘要： The invention provides a fiber reinforced resin composition comprising a melt-kneaded product (A) prepared by melt-kneading a first resin (A1) and a second resin (A2) that has reactive functional group as well as a third resin (B) and a fibrous filler (C), wherein, with respect to the contents of the components, the first resin (A1), the second resin with a reactive functional group (A2), and the third resin (B) account for 0.1 to 75 wt %, 0.1 to 15 wt %, and 10 to 99.8 wt %, respectively, to form a resin composition while said fibrous filler (C) accounts for 0.1 to 300 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of said resin composition, said first resin (A1) and said third resin (B) forming a matrix resin, said second resin (A2) being dispersed as particles in said matrix resin, and said particles having a number average particle diameter of 10 to 1,000 nm. The invention relates to a fiber reinforced resin composition having rigidity and impact resistance in a good balance, a molding material, and a production method thereof.

摘要： In a microdevice in which a plurality of fluids respectively passing through a separate introduction channel are merged in a merging section in a micro space to mix the fluids and the mixed fluids are discharged from the merging section via a discharge channel, a tip section of each of the introduction channels comprises a tapered contraction section so as to contract a flow of fluid, the introduction channels are disposed so that central axes of the introduction channels do not intersect at one point each other, and the merging section is formed of a space surrounded with edges of the contraction sections of respective introduction channels. Thereby, reacting fluids can be mixed rapidly each other, and contamination of air bubbles into the whole fluid can be suppressed by narrowing a dead space of a discharge channel immediately after the merging section.
