摘要： In order to reduce the size of a duplex radio communication transceiver such as a mobile telephone, this transceiver is constructed of a transmitting and receiving duplexer, a filter to be coupled to the duplexer, an amplifier for amplifying a signal received, and a filter to be connected with the output of the amplifier. All the filters are made of acoustic surface wave filters, and all the circuits are mounted on a single metallic substrate and sealed by means of a metallic casing into a module. The transceiver thus constructed has a volume which is one tenth as small as that of the device of the same kind according to the prior art.

摘要： To prevent the breakage of the joint between a ceramic substrate and a glass epoxy substrate. The copper column is formed by a wiredrawing step for drawing a copper wire formed linearly to a predetermined diameter; a cutting step for cutting the copper wire, which has been drawn in the wire drawing step, in a predetermined length; a pressing step for pressing one end of the copper wire, which has been cut in the cutting step, in a longitudinal direction to form a copper column member; and an annealing step for annealing the copper column member, which has been formed in the pressing step, by maintaining a heating period of 60 minutes or longer at 600° C. or higher. Thereby, the Vickers hardness of the copper column becomes is 55 HV or less and the copper column is softened. Therefore, when joining the ceramic substrate and the glass epoxy substrate through the copper column, heat stress caused by a difference between the thermal expansion of the ceramic substrate and the thermal expansion of the glass epoxy substrate can be absorbed by the copper member. As a result, the breakage of the joint between the ceramic substrate and the glass epoxy substrate can be prevented.

The present invention provides compounds represented by formula (1): wherein A1, A2, A3, and A4 independently represent a carbon atom, a nitrogen atom, or an oxidized nitrogen atom; R1 represents a C1-C6 alkyl group which may be substituted, a phenyl group which may be substituted, or a heterocyclic group which may be substituted; R2 and R3 independently represent a hydrogen atom, a C1-C4 alkyl group which may be substituted, or a C1-C4 alkylcarbonyl group which may be substituted; G1, G2, and G3 independently represent an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom; Xs may be the same or different and each represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C1-C4 alkyl group which may be substituted, or an amino group which may be substituted; n represents an integer of 0 to 4; Q represents a phenyl group which may be substituted, a naphthyl group which may be substituted, a tetrahydronaphthyl group which may be substituted, or a heterocyclic group which may be substituted, insecticides containing the compounds as active ingredients, and a method for producing the compounds. The compounds represented by formula (1) exhibit an excellent preventive effect as insecticides and also exhibit an excellent preventive effect when being combined with another insecticide, an acaricide, a nematocide, a fungicide, a herbicide, a plant growth regulator, or a biological pesticide.

摘要： A lead-free solder which can reduce the occurrence of voids and a connecting member which uses the solder and has excellent adhesion, bonding strength, and workability are provided. The lead-free solder alloy contains Sn: 0.1-3% and/or Bi: 0.1-2%, and a remainder of In and unavoidable impurities and has the effect of suppressing the occurrence of voids at the time of soldering. The connecting member is prepared by melting the lead-free solder alloy, immersing a metal substrate in the melt, and applying ultrasonic vibrations to the molten lead-free solder alloy and the metal substrate to form a lead-free solder alloy layer on the surface of the metal substrate. A heat sink and a package are soldered to each other through this connecting member by reflow heating in the presence of flux.
