    • An apparatus for transporting solid masses includes a continuously drivable first conveyor, intermittently drivable second conveyor and bridge plate interconnecting the transport path of the first conveyor and the second conveyor. The first conveyor has push bars for pushing a solid mass along the transport path of the first conveyor and forward from the terminal end of such transport path. The second conveyor has holders and means for transporting the holders, at each time of transporting, a distance twice the pitch of the holders. The solid mass is pushed out on to the bridge plate, slidingly pushed forward on the plate by a main pusher and thereby forwardly pushed out from the front end of the plate. The bridge plate has a by-pass gate, which is provided with a movable gate plate for opening and closing the gate. While the solid mass is being pushed by the main pusher, another solid mass immediately following the mass pushed by the pusher is pushed out from the first conveyor to a position over the gate by a subpusher.

    • An apparatus for measuring out and filling a particulate or granular material comprises an intermittently drivable container conveyor extending through a filling station for a plurality of containers as arranged in a feed direction to be fed to and stopped at the filling station at a time by the operation of the conveyor, a horizontal feed roller disposed at the filling station and extending across the path of transport by the conveyor thereabove, the feed roller being formed in its outer surface with measuring pockets spaced axially of the roller and equal in number to the number of containers stopped at the filling station, a particulate or granular material hopper disposed above the feed roller, and a filling chute disposed between the conveyor and the feed roller. The chute has a plurality of upward inlets arranged axially of the roller so as to communicate with the respective pockets when the pockets are directed downward and a plurality of downward outlets arranged along the transport path so as to be opposed from above to the respective containers stopped at the filling station.

    • An apparatus for distributedly filling a particulate or granular material into containers has an intermittently driven container conveyor, and a continuously driven particulate or granular material conveyor extending across and positioned above the container conveyor. First chutes and second chutes are arranged between the container conveyor and material conveyor. The container conveyor comprises first holders and second holders arranged alternately in the direction of transport thereof and each adapted to hold containers C equal in number to the number of container transport paths, and is so driven as to feed one first holder to a first filling station and one second holder to a second filling station and stop the two fed holders at the respective stations at a time. A first particulate or granular material feeder and a second particulate or granular material feeder are arranged at opposite sides of the intersection of the two conveyors. The first chutes, as well as the second chutes, are equal in number to the number of container transport paths.

    • A fuel supplying device for an internal combustion engine having a fuel supply passage (4) for introducing fuel fed from a fuel pump (2) at a substantially constant pressure to a fuel injector (9) operative at a predetermined constant pressure. The fuel injector is installed at a congregated portion (7) of engine intake manifolds (8). A metering valve (11) includes a motor (13) so that drop is maintained substantially constant by a differential regulator (12). The metering valve is disposed in an intermediate portion of the fuel supply passage. Calculating means (15) including a servo signal generator (18) calculates an injection flow amount causing a predetermined air/fuel ratio on the basis of signals of various engine running factors. An operational signal output from the servo signal generating circuit of the calculating means is applied to the drive motor means for driving said metering valve to thereby inject fuel into the intake manifolds.
