摘要： A lubricant dispenser comprising a housing, a lubricant supply container, a plunger, a telescopic hollow spindle, and an electromechanical servo-drive for changing the length of the telescopic hollow spindle. One end of the telescopic hollow spindle is fixed on the housing. With its other end, the telescopic hollow spindle cooperates with a plunger containing a passage opening for lubricant. The telescopic hollow spindle has a lubricant passage channel in which at least one check valve is arranged on the inlet side. The telescopic hollow spindle alternately carries out setting strokes of different lengths that increase or reduce the length of the spindle. The setting strokes are coordinated with each other so that with a setting stroke of the telescopic hollow spindle increasing the length of the spindle, a preset amount of lubricant displaced by the movement of the plunger enters the lubricant passage channel through the opening check valve.

A ram (9) is inserted into the lubricant passage duct (8) of the drive shaft, said ram having an axial bore (10) with a nonreturn valve (11) on the inlet side, and also a ram head (13) which is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner and is loaded by a compression spring (12). The ram head (13) bears under the effect of the compression spring (12) against a control surface (14) of the drive shaft (7). The control surface (14) and the associated contact surface of the ram head (13) are designed as slotted-guide surfaces which, when the control surface (14) rotates, bring about stroke movements of the ram (9), said movements conveying lubricant through the bore (10) in the ram (9) to a lubricant outlet at the end of the ram.

The distribution device has a housing, a cylindrical hollow distributor body or tube which is mounted to rotate about a vertical axis. There is also a fixed cylindrical sleeve that surrounds the distributor body, forming a seal. The distributor body has an opening at the top for allowing the lubricant in, and has at least two distributor bores disposed on the circumference but offset axially from one another. Each of these distributor bores has a corresponding opening bore in the distributor sleeve that is assigned to it. This distribution device also has an electric motor drive that has a running path control that has a switch that functions electromechanically or in a contact free manner. This drive has a switch that stops the rotational movement in different release angle positions that can be variably established.
