    • The present invention relates to catalyst systems for preparing isotactic polyolefins obtainable by reacting at least one chiral transition metal compound and at least one cocatalyst which is able to convert the chiral transition metal compound into a cation, where the chiral transition metal compound contains two bidentate chelating ligands connected to one another via a bridge and, if desired, one or two further monodentate ligands, with the four coordinating atoms of the two chelating ligands being in an approximately planar arrangement around the transition metal ion and up to two further ligands being located above and below this approximately planar coordination sphere formed by the four coordinating atoms of the two chelating ligands and, in the case of two such further ligands, these being in the trans position relative to one another, to the use of the catalyst systems of the present invention for preparing polyolefins, to a process for preparing polyolefins by polymerization or copolymerization of at least one olefin in the presence of one of the catalyst systems of the present invention, to the use of chiral transition metal compounds for preparing a catalyst system for the polymerization of olefins, to chiral transition metal compounds, to a process for preparing a catalyst system for olefin polymerization, to a process for preparing isotactic polyolefins, to polyolefins obtainable by a process according to the present invention, to polyolefin compositions comprising the polyolefins of the present invention and to products produced from such polyolefin compositions.

    • The concept of “renderers” and “translators” is introduced in connection with bidirectional conversion between object models and XML. A renderer embodies the logic responsible for mediating the parser specific APIs for reading and writing XML. It utilizes a plurality of translator objects, which embody the mapping information needed to convert the XML into object model instances. The translator objects themselves do not contain “knowledge” of parser implementations; thus, the translators are common and can be shared and reused by any and all renderer implementations. Since each translator embodies the knowledge and rules regarding how to convert an XML model to an object model, and how to convert object models to XML, it is thus independent of the particular renderer that is being used, whether it be SAX, DOM, or some other renderer.

    • A method, system and computer program for creating a digital workflow associated with the completion of a paper form is provided. An electronic clipboard includes a panel for receiving a paper form, a computer including a clipboard computer application, and an input device that completes the paper form with handwritten input data and also created digital signals corresponding to the handwritten input data. The computer application interprets the digital signal data so as to define digital input data, which corresponds to the handwritten input data. The electronic clipboard also includes verification/correction facility that enables the display of the digital input data and verification and correction thereof using a series of input devices provided on the electronic clipboard. The electronic clipboard is linked to a remote computer. The remote computer includes a forms creation and management application for the creation of the electronic forms, and definition of rules for processing digital input data includes in the various fields of the electronic forms. In a server implementation of the invention, the remote computer is an application server that provides access to a plurality of software utilities for processing the digital input data included in the electronic forms. The application server enables processes such as financial transactions associated with electronic forms, transmission of selected digital input data to other computer systems, and field level encryption. Another aspect of the invention is a point of sale device that include the electronic clipboard.
