摘要： A radiographical image reader for photoelectrically reading a radiographical image of an object. The image reader comprises a radioactive ray irradiator; a radiographical image converting panel which is a radioactive ray absorbent for absorbing the radioactive ray transmitted through through the object so that a radiographical image information is obtained; a scanner to scan the converting panel with exciting light so that the converting panel is subjected to stimulated emission; a reader to read the stimulated emission of the converting panel so that the radiographical image is obtained; a first memory to store at least one of a radioactive ray irradiating condition, object information, and image identification code; a second memory to store a radiographical image information; and a circuit to control the functions of the reader, the first memory, and the second memory in accordance with said irradiation of the radioactive ray by the irradiator.

摘要： A method of reproducing a radiographic image of a subject includes processing radiographic image signals which indicates a signal level corresponding to an amount of radioactive rays transmitted through each portion of the subject. The method compresses a signal level range of a part of the low frequency region of the radiographic image signals and expands a signal level range of another part of the low frequency region of the radiographic image signals, thereby obtaining image signals that are usable to reproduce the radiographic image.

The method is for obtaining unsharp mask signal by averaging the original image signal in a predetermined mask area containing each pixel point corresponding to each pixel point and for correcting original image signal by providing a correction value that is a function of the unsharp mask signal to obtain a processed image signal. Weighting is applied corresponding to an absolute value of a signal different between a central pixel and a peripheral pixel both within a mask area in the averaging process for obtaining the unsharp mask signal.

摘要： A closed subscriber group (CSG) cell is a cell that allows use of subscribers. In order to receive the service by the CSG cell, a CSG-ID is required to be notified to a user equipment, which cannot be obtained in a situation outside the reach of radio waves from a non-CSG cell. In a mobile communication system including base stations respectively provided to a CSG cell and a non-CSG cell in which access is made to the CSG cell with the use of a CSG-ID issued in a case where use of the CSG cell is allowed, the base station provided in the CSG cell refers to the notified identification information of a user equipment and then transmits a tracking area update request from the user equipment to a core network, and the core network determines whether the user equipment is allowed to use the CSG cell and, in the case where the use is allowed, transmits a signal for allowing assignment of radio resources to the user equipment and the CSG-ID. The user equipment accesses the CSG cell with the use of the CSG-ID.

摘要： A mobile communication system hybridly allows, in a case where an access group consisting of one or more user equipments and one or more base stations is registered, the base station included in the access group to have access in a closed mode from the user equipment included in the same access group and access in an open mode from a user equipment that is not included in the same access group, wherein a communication area of the base station in the open mode is identical to a communication area of the base station in the closed mode. This eliminates a communication area in which the base station serving as an access destination differs between the user equipment in the closed mode and the user equipment in the open mode.
