摘要： A curable composition for paint including(A) 10 to 99 parts by weight of a vinyl polymer having a number average molecular weight of not less than 2,000 and at least one silicon atom to which a hydrolyzable group is bonded at an end of the main chain and/or in a side chain thereof, in one molecule, wherein the main chain is substantially a vinyl polymer chain;(B) 1 to 90 parts by weight of a compound containing a carbonyldioxy group which is at least one of(i) a compound containing a hydrolyzable silyl group, the compound having at least one carbonyldioxy group in one molecule and at least one silicon atom to which a hydrolyzable group is bonded, in one molecule, and(ii) a polycarbonate polyol compound having at least one carbonyldioxy group and at least two hydroxyl groups in one molecule; and(C) 0.001 to 10 parts by weight of a curing catalyst on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the components (A) and (B) in total.This curable composition for paint has excellent high solid content and one package storage stability as well as superior scratch resistance and acid resistance.

摘要： A curable composition for paint containing:(A) 95 to 5 parts by weight of a vinyl copolymer having at least one specific hydrolyzable silyl group and at least one specific alcoholic hydroxyl group existing at an end of the main chain and/or in a side chain thereof in one molecule, in which the main chain contains substantially a vinyl copolymer chain and the alcoholic hydroxyl equivalent is from 180 to 2000 g/mol;(B) 5 to 95 parts by weight of a vinyl copolymer having at least one specific hydrolyzable silyl group at an end of the main chain and/or in a side chain thereof in one molecule and having no alcoholic hydroxyl group in the same molecule, in which the main chain contains substantially a vinyl copolymer chain; and(C) 0.001 to 10 parts by weight of a curing catalyst per 100 parts by weight of the total resin solids content.This curable composition for paint has well-balanced properties of good acid resistance, water resistance, scratch resistance, weathering resistance, and so forth.

摘要： The curable resin having a number average molecular weight of 600 to 6000 and at least two hydrolyzable silyl groups which is prepared by reacting an aliphatic polyester resin having acryloyl group and alcoholic hydroxyl group with an isocyanate silane compound: ##STR1## reacting the obtained reaction product with an aminosilane compound: ##STR2## and reacting the obtained reaction product with a monofunctional isocyanate: OCN-R.sup.5 and/or a polyfunctional isocyanate; and the composition containing the resin. The curable resin and the composition are excellent in acid resistance such as acid resin resistance, scratch resistance, solvent resistance, flexibility, and the like.

摘要： A modified polyolefin prepared from an aqueous suspension containing (a) a crystalline polyolefin, (b) 1 to 500 parts by weight of a vinyl monomer per 100 parts by weight of the crystalline polyolefin, and (c) 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a radical polymerization initiator per 100 parts by weight of the vinyl monomer by impregnating the crystalline polyolefin (a) with the vinyl monomer (b) and heating the aqueous suspension to polymerize the vinyl monomer (b) at a temperature equal to or higher than a temperature at which the crystal region of the polyolefin (a) begins to substantially melt, which has an excellent effect of improving processability of other polyolefins and provides a polyolefin composition having excellent properties such as processability, impact resistance, rigidity and surface properties when the modified polyolefin is incorporated into polyolefins optionally with a core-shell graft copolymer and/or an inorganic filler.

摘要： A polyolefin resin composition which comprises: (A) a polyolefin, (B) 0.1 to 100 parts of a core-shell graft copolymer prepared by graft copolymerizing (b) 5 to 60 parts by weight of a monomer component comprising a copolymerizable vinyl compound selected so that the glass transition temperature of a polymer of said monomer component alone is not less than 25.degree. C., onto (a) 40 to 95 parts by weight of a crosslinked rubber-like polymer having a glass transition temperature of not more than 25.degree. C., and (C) 0 to 400 parts of an inorganic filler, said parts of (B) and (C) being parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of (A). The above-mentioned polyolefin resin composition shows the excellent processability, impact resistance, rigidity and surface property.
