    • A semiconductor device includes a semiconductor mounting substrate, a mother case having an opening and housing the semiconductor mounting substrate, a plurality of securing members provided along a rim of the mother case, a screw terminal, and a lid member. The screw terminal has a flat plate portion, an insertion portion extending from the flat plate portion, and a terminal bottom portion, is secured to the securing members by insertion of the insertion portion between adjacent securing members, and is electrically connected to the semiconductor mounting substrate on the terminal bottom portion side. The lid member closes the opening with the screw terminal secured to the securing members. The screw terminal is bent such that the flat plate portion faces an upper surface of the lid member closing the opening. The semiconductor device that can achieve reduction in size of the entire device is obtained.

    • A band-elimination filter (BEF) that includes a coaxial dielectric resonator block, a substrate, and first, second, and third inductance elements. The coaxial dielectric resonator block includes inner conductors and an outer conductor, and forms coaxial dielectric resonators. The first inductance element is between a signal transmission path connected to one of the coaxial dielectric resonators via a series resonant capacitor and a signal transmission path connected to the other one of the coaxial dielectric resonators via a series resonant capacitor. The second inductance element is between one end of the first inductance element and the ground, and the third inductance elements is between the other end of the first inductance element and the ground.

    • A dielectric duplexer has first and second filters passing two adjacent bands and is not influenced by signals in bands that are outwardly adjacent to the two passing bands. The space between small sectional area portions on short-circuit-end sides of first and second resonator holes is arranged to be relatively small, and the two resonator holes are coupled with each other according to a distributed-constant-type inductive coupling method. The space between small sectional area portions on short-circuit-end sides of fourth and fifth resonator holes is arranged to be relatively large, and the two resonator holes are coupled with each other according to a distributed-constant-type capacitive coupling method. In this way, an attenuation pole is generated on a high-band side of a transmitting band according to the first and second resonator holes.     • A heating apparatus of the present invention relates to a high speed oven having a turntable mechanism for heating food products by utilizing a combination of jet impingement of heated air (a jet impingement) and microwaves or either of them, the apparatus comprising a safety device and an exhaust device. This invention has the following configurations: a turntable mechanism for enabling the turntable to be preferably rotated, the turntable including openings at the central part thereof so that the heated air and microwaves can pass therethrough; a limiter mechanism for removing overload imposed on the turntable by utilizing only a mechanical operation; an apparatus provided with scarfed areas on upper and lower boards of the heating chamber so that the food products can be baked uniformly even when utilizing a jet impingement technique; a fan guard comprising a switch activation device for activating a switch for allowing a generation of the heated air, which switch is positioned at the outside of the heating chamber, only when the fan guard is fixed to the heating chamber; a heating apparatus which simplifies operations for connecting exhaust tubes upon a number of apparatuses being stacked on each other; and a turntable driving mechanism for preventing contaminants from flowing into a gap between a connecting shaft and an axis receptor.
