    • A control apparatus for controlling a motor includes: a command unit for generating a command signal including a running command signal and a stopping command signal; a rotation sensor for generating an AC signal having a period corresponding to a rotational speed of the motor; a speed detector for detecting a rotational speed of the motor from the AC signal generated by the rotation sensor; a compensator for generating a control signal for controlling the motor, and a driver for driving the motor in response to the control signal generated by the compensator. The compensator includes: a time measuring unit for generating a detection timing signal at predetermined time intervals when the detected signal from the speed detector is not inputted; a control signal renewal unit for changing the control signal by a predetermined amount in response to the detection timing signal of the time measuring unit to generate a new control signal; a memory for storing a value in response to the control signal from the control signal renewal unit as a memory value; a rotation error generator for generating a rotation error in response to the detected signal from the speed detector, and a control signal generator for generating the control signal by adding the memory value stored in the memory to the rotation error as an adding signal, and if the detected signal from the speed detector is not inputted, the control signal is changed in a step-by-step manner by the time measuring unit and the control signal renewal unit.

    • In a cylindrical sieve, a first frame 7 is provided with a first ring plate 7a arranged in a radial direction and a ring plate 7b extended inward in an axial direction X of the sieve from an inner end of the first ring plate 7a. The ring plate 7b has an inwardly warped end. A ring projection 2a is fit in a ring-shaped cavity K1 defined by a ring recess 10a and the first frame 7. Through holes 7c (counter bores) are formed in the first frame 7 along the axial direction X.     • A magnetic recording and reproducing device according to the present invention operates with steps of moving a magnetic tape having a plurality of tracks per frame and a plurality of control signals recorded thereon, keeping count of the pulses of a frequency generator signal corresponding to the rotation of a capstan motor by a frequency generator counter, resetting the count of the frequency generator pulses by the control signal reproduced by a fixed magnetic head, detecting the track number by the control signal counter reset by a frame reference signal, controlling, at the start, the start timing on the basis of the tape stop position detected by the frequency generator pulse counter and control counter and the reference frame signal from the reference frame signal generator. The device prevents thinning of tracks at the editing point in after-break recording and the disturbance of images immediately after the start. The device does not require a special circuit or complicated software-wise processing, and provides a stabilized slow-reproduced image. Further, in a magnetic recording and reproducing device for intermittent recording, there is no danger of causing thinning to recorded tracks. Thus, a reproduced image of high quality can be obtained.
