摘要： A hot air drying machine for drying materials, such as clothes or the like, includes a drum for materials to be dried rotatably supported in a housing, a fan casing communicated with the drum and enclosing therein a fan rotated simultaneously with the drum by a driving motor, and heaters for heating air sucked into the housing from exterior thereof. The drying machine further includes an electrical control circuit connected to a first temperature sensing element for hot exhaust air and a second temperature sensing element for the cool outside air sucked into the housing with the operational ratio of the first sensing element to the second sensing element adapted to vary depending on the power source voltage fluctuation for achieving uniform drying rates regardless of the variations of the power source voltage.

摘要： A vibration damping bushing including: an inner axial member; an outer cylindrical member through which the inner axial member is inserted; a main rubber elastic body elastically connecting the two members; and a stopper member that is fitted onto the inner axial member as a component of a first stopper mechanism that limits relative displacement of the inner axial member against the outer cylindrical member to one side in an axial direction. The inner axial member is formed with a latching depression that opens toward an outer periphery thereof, and the stopper member is provided with a latching piece that protrudes outward in the axial direction. The latching piece is engaged with the latching depression so as to provide a slipping out prevention mechanism for preventing the stopper member from slipping out from the inner axial member.

A distribution management and unauthorized operation management device generates a one-time URL by using URL of content information specified by a user terminal and transmits the one-time URL and bandwidth information concerning the content information to the user terminal. 摘要： A rail manufacturing method is provided, in which a billet is hot-rolled into a rail form and the rail is cooled to ambient temperature. The foot part of the rail can be mechanically restrained to improve the straightness of the rail during at least the period of cooling where the surface temperature is between 800° C. and 400° C. In the subsequent cooling process, at least while the surface temperature of the foot of the rail is between 400° C. and 250° C., the rail is kept in an upright state, and cooled naturally without using insulation or accelerated cooling.

摘要： A method of forming a vapor deposited film of a silicon oxide on the surface of a substrate by holding the substrate to be treated in a plasma-treating chamber, and effecting the treatment with a chemical plasma by feeding an organosilicon compound and an oxidizing gas into the treating chamber, wherein the rate of feeding the oxidizing gas is varied while maintaining constant the rate of feeding the organosilicon compound gas into the plasma-treating chamber during the formation of the vapor deposited film. 摘要： The present invention is: a pearlitic steel rail excellent in wear resistance and ductility, characterized in that, in a steel rail having pearlite structure containing, in mass, 0.65 to 1.40% C, the number of the pearlite blocks having grain sizes in the range from 1 to 15 μm is 200 or more per 0.2 mm2 of an observation field at least in a part of the region down to a depth of 10 mm from the surface of the corners and top of the head portion; and a method for producing a pearlitic steel rail excellent in wear resistance and ductility, characterized by, in the hot rolling of said steel rail, applying finish rolling so that the temperature of the rail surface may be in the range from 850° C. to 1,000° C. and the sectional area reduction ratio at the final pass may be 6% or more, and then applying accelerated cooling to the head portion of said rail at a cooling rate in the range from 1 to 30° C./sec. from the austenite temperature range to at least 550° C.
