    • A medical instrument with attached needle includes a needle tube having a needle tip capable of piercing a living body and a needle holding member for fixing and holding a middle portion of the needle tube by high frequency welding so that the needle tip protrudes from one end and a proximal portion of the needle tube protrudes from the other end. It also has a seal member composed of an elastic member and provided on an outer circumference of the proximal portion of the needle tube so as to be liquid-tight, and a liquid containing member having a liquid chamber capable of containing a liquid therein. With the proximal portion of the needle tube communicating with the liquid chamber, the seal member is compressed by and clamped between the needle holding member and the liquid containing member.

    • A medical instrument with attached needle of the present invention includes: a needle tube having a needle tip capable of piercing a living body; and a seal member composed of an elastic member and provided to hold an outer surface of the needle tube in a liquid-tight manner in a condition where the needle tip protrudes from one end and a proximal portion on a side opposite to the needle tip protrudes from the other end. The instrument also has: a liquid containing section having a liquid chamber capable of containing a liquid therein; and a needle seating section formed at one end of the liquid containing section. The seal member is in contact with an inner surface of the needle seating section and is disposed within the needle seating section in a compressed state. The proximal portion of the needle tube communicates with the liquid chamber.

In a pressed state in which the liquid medicine storage section 6 and the pressing section 22 have been moved toward the needle hub 4 side until the liquid medicine M stored within the liquid medicine storage section 6 has been discharged, the holding section 8 holds the pressed state of the pressing section 22.
