    • A door control device is adapted to smoothly shift the mode of operation to the door closer operation at the time the door is being moved by pushing in the door closing condition, without requiring a large size motor and without the need for increasing the strength of the drive medium. The door control device includes a closer for shifting a slide door from the half door condition to the fully closed condition, and a clutch mechanism which is interposed in a power transmission system between the slide door and a motor for driving the slide door. If the slide door is electrically driven, a clutch of the clutch mechanism is rendered operational to move the slide door and the closer operation is started after the sliding operation. The door control device further includes a pole switch which detects the condition of the slide door and a junction switch which establishes the connection when the condition of the slide door is between a condition right before the half door condition and the fully closed condition, and effects the supply of electricity to the closer. If the junction switch is connected in the midst of the closing operation of the slide door, the closer operation is started and then the motor is stopped when the slide door is moved a given distance.

    • At the time of changing over an open/close body from a manual operation to an automatic operation, a reliable clutch connection is established in a power transmission system between a drive source and the open/close body thus enhancing the operability of the open/close body. An open/close body automatic drive equipment comprises a clutch mechanism which connects or interrupts a power transmission system between a motor for driving a slide door which constitutes the open/close body and the slide door, wherein a clutch of a clutch mechanism is interrupted in a manual manipulation, and in an automatic drive, a clutch is connected to operate the slide door. In such an equipment, a brake mechanism for restricting the movement of the slide door is disposed in the midst of the power transmission system, the moving speed of the slide door is detected, and in case the moving speed is higher than a given speed, the movement of the slide door is restricted by the brake mechanism BK, and then the clutch connection of the clutch mechanism is performed.

    • A remote control device for a vehicular slide door apparatus includes a shaft 13, an input lever 14 fixedly mounted on the shaft 13 so as to be rotated together therewith, an opening-directional lever 18 rotatable mounted on the shaft 13 and rotated by the input lever 14 when the shaft 13 is rotated in one direction, a closing-directional lever 19 rotatable mounted on the shaft 13 and rotated by the input lever 14 when the shaft 13 is rotated in the other direction, an open lever 15 rotatable mounted on the shaft 13 and associated with the closing-directional lever 19, and an output lever 16 rotatably mounted on the shaft 13 and associated with the open lever 15. In accordance with the present invention, the opening-directional lever 8, the closing-directional lever 19, the open lever 15, and the output lever 16 are mounted on the common shaft 13, which is unlike the conventional structure wherein two shafts are required to support these lever elements. Thus, the present invention can offer a more simplified structure of the remote control device for vehicular slide door apparatus.
