    • A method and a system of automatically detecting a boundary of a target object by using an ultrasound diagnostic image. In accordance with the present invention, the boundary of the target object can be detected automatically and precisely. The ultrasound diagnostic method and system form an edge detection boundary candidate model by detecting an edge of the ultrasound diagnostic image, forming a simplification boundary candidate model by performing a simplification operation to the edge detection boundary candidate model, forming a sessionization boundary candidate model by performing a sessionization operation to the simplification boundary candidate model, and detecting the boundary of the target object of the ultrasound diagnostic image based on the edge detection boundary candidate model, the simplification boundary candidate model and the sessionization boundary candidate model. In accordance with the present invention, the boundary of the target object is automatically detected by using the ultrasound diagnostic image to reduce any inconvenience to the user and solve the problem in which the measured result may vary with each user, which was caused by a conventional method of manually detecting the boundary.

    • There is provided a method of processing an ultrasound spectrum image. According to such method, a spectrum image is formed based on ultrasound data and then the noise is removed from the spectrum image. The noise-removed spectrum image is matched with one or more spectrum models representing specific spectrum types. Then, whether or not the noise-removed spectrum image contains an aliasing is checked. If the noise-removed spectrum image contains the aliasing, then the aliasing is removed from the noise-removed spectrum image to provide a noise-removed spectrum image without the aliasing. Thereafter, contour tracing is performed on the noise-removed spectrum image without the aliasing to detect contour points. Further, peak tracing is performed on the noise-removed spectrum image without the aliasing to detect peaks.

Thus, by inserting wires of a communication line to the wire insertion grooves of the connection cap and then making them close to the rear side of the back cover and coupling them thereto, the wires can be connected to the IDC terminals without any particular working tool.

    • A refrigerator is disclosed wherein an ion generator is arranged in a cold air duct which supplies cold air to a storage compartment, and a desired portion of the cold air duct is treated for anti-static. The ions from the ion generator are used for the purpose of sterilization and deodorization and are effectively discharged into the storage compartment. The anti-static-treatment of the cold air duct prevents the ions generated from the ion generator from being lost due to static in the cold air duct. The anti-static treatment is carried out by coating polyethylene on a portion of the cold air duct. The cold air duct includes a plurality of uniformly spaced cold air outlets, whereby the ions generated from the ion generator are uniformly distributed into the overall portion of the storage compartment through the cold air outlets.
