    • A data converting apparatus and a method of converting data are provided. The data converting apparatus includes a header extracting unit extracting a file size information, and an offset information about starting of an actual data in a header of a file, and erasing the header of the file; a data rearranging unit extracting data representing an actual image in the file and rearranging the extracted data using at least one of the file size information and the offset information extracted by the header extracting unit; and a data processing unit converting the rearranged data into a display output format. The method of converting data having a header includes: erasing the header of the data; rearranging the data except for the header; and converting the rearranged data into a corresponding output format.

    • The present invention relates to a flat panel display device that is adaptive for preventing a brightness inversion phenomenon generated when the data modulated before are re-modulated in a multi-modulation method where data are modulated several times, and a data multi-modulation method thereof. The flat panel display device includes a first modulator which primarily modulates digital video data, which are to be displayed in a flat panel display panel, with pre-stored first compensation values in order to adjust at least any one of a response characteristic and a contrast ratio of the flat panel display panel. The flat panel display device further includes a second modulator which secondarily modulates the digital video data, which are to be displayed at a defect display area of which the brightness appears different from that of a normal display surface when displaying the same gray level in the flat panel display panel, with pre-stored second compensation values.

    • This invention is to provide an assembly module comprising a board, a frame disposed on a surface of the board, and a circuit board disposed on another surface of the board, wherein the circuit board includes a power line and an image transmission line for directly connecting to a camera power line and a video cable of a surveillance camera respectively. A hollow padding is added into a wire passing hole disposed in the board, and a size of the hollow padding may be adjusted according to the width of a wire of the surveillance camera, which passes through the hollow padding. Therefore, problems such as needing to make enough space in a wall or a ceiling for receiving a video transmitter, requiring an additional device for connecting to power supply, and having gaps being left between the wire and the wire passing hole may be resolved simultaneously.
