摘要： A system for projecting changeable electronic content, such as video or digital still images, onto multiple surfaces. The system includes a projector, one or more reflectors, and at least two display surfaces. The projector via a reflector projects content onto one of the display surfaces and either directly or via another reflector projects content onto the other display surface. The display surfaces can be multiple curved surfaces, multiple planar surfaces in different viewing planes, or a curved surface and a planar surface. For the curved surfaces, the projector receives converted content and projects the converted content such that the curved surface displays the converted content undistorted to a viewer. The system can also provide for display of branded content on a product container having a shape corresponding with the brand.

摘要： In a method of making an organic electroluminescent device, a transfer layer is solution coated on a donor substrate. The transfer layer includes a polymerizable, amorphous matrix with a light emitting material disposed in the matrix. The transfer layer is then selectively patterned on a receptor. The polymerizable, amorphous matrix is then polymerized. Examples of patterning methods include laser thermal transfer or thermal head transfer. The method and associated materials can be used to form, for example, organic electroluminescent devices.

摘要： Vandalism and robbery of parking meters have become big problems. The unauthorized entry into the coin box area or striking of the housing as well as bending the support pipe makes it desirable to apprehend the robbers and/or vandals. Repair of the parking meter or support may be required due to such vandalism. A radio transmitter is adapted to send simultaneously two signals to a receiver which is constantly "on". The received signal indicates unauthorized entry or vandalism to a parking meter and to the particular parking meter from which the signal is sent. Switches are actuated at an opening of the timer compartment and/or coin box area. A switch is also actuated when the supporting post is bent. A timer is placed in this circuit so that only after a determined time interval is a signal sent of the bending of a post. On new installations a tensioned wire is placed in the pipe and is actuated when the pipe is cut or severely bent.
