摘要： A rubber composition is disclosed, comprising (a) 100 parts by weight of a synthetic rubber and (b) from 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of an alkylene oxide adduct of a saponified ethylene-saturated carboxylic acid vinyl ester copolymer. The rubbber composition can provide a vulcanized rubber composition which can retain its excellent appearance over a prolonged period of time because of freedom from blooming, has excellent antistatic performance due to its electrical conductivity, can be colored in various tints including white, and also has excellent properties in terms of tensile strength and specific gravity.

摘要： Herein is disclosed a vulcanizable rubber composition comprising a copolymer rubber constituted of ethylene, propylene and nonconjugated polyene, wherein ethylene/propylene molar ratio is 78/22 to 97/3 and the total content of propylene and nonconjugated polyene is 6 to 30% by mole in said copolymer rubber. By the use of the rubber composition of the present invention, a vulcanized product excellent in tensile strength, heat resistance, oil resistance, compression set resistance and flex behavior can be obtained. The vulcanized product can be used as automobile parts and other innumerable articles such as socket cover, heat resistant hose, electric wire, condenser cap, heat resistant belt, vibration-proof rubber, hoses, weather strip, seal sponge, black side wall of tire, etc.

摘要： Continuous casting process for the production of hollow ingot using an improved direct chill casting equipment having a molding system comprising a hollow mold and a movable platform, wherein at least one core and a pipe for introducing outer air are provided, said core being made from a refractory material unwettable with a molten metal and having a convergent taper at the side and an air runner for introducing outer air, which is packed with an air-permeable material, at the bottom, and said pipe for introducing outer air extending upwards from the air runner and passing through the core. The continuous casting process comprises continuously pouring a molten metal into a space surrounded with the hollow mold and the core of the above equipment; cooling the molten metal only at the side wall of the hollow mold without cooling at the side of the core; thereby solidifying the molten metal to form an ingot having a hollow, wherein the interface of the frozen metal and the liquid metal is present at the position around the core; and continuously lowering the ingot thus formed while introducing spontaneously outer air into the hollow part via the pipe for introducing outer air and the air runner of the core.
