摘要： The invention provides nuclear magnetic resonance equipment realizing improved sensitivity of a probe for receiving a free induction decay (FID) signal in nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy in a high frequency band of 600 MHz or higher. By manufacturing a solenoid coil of a higher filling factor by using a superconductor of extremely low resistance to high frequency current, sensitivity is increased. A superconducting thin film made of magnesium diboride (MgB2) formed on a donut plate-type substrate is disposed so that the film surface becomes parallel with the uniform magnetic field. The object is realized by a probe made by a solenoid coil formed by connecting a plurality of coil parts by capacitive coupling via a normal metal lead.

摘要： A superconducting magnet configured for an NMR spectrometer includes a split type superconducting magnet having left solenoid superconducting magnets and right solenoid superconducting magnets with a center space therebetween for receiving a sample tube. A permanent current switch is provided and the left and right solenoid superconducting magnets are arranged symmetrically with respect to a center face of the center space. The left and right solenoid superconducting magnets are constituted by an outermost magnet and a plurality of innermost magnets and are arranged in concentric relation with respect to a vertical axis of the center space. A direction of current in at least one of the plurality of innermost magnets is minus when a direction of current in the outermost magnet is plus.

摘要： A magnet for an NMR an analyzer includes a superconductor coil which is operated under a permanent current mode so as to generate a magnetic field in a space surrounded by the superconductor coil, and which enables a sample to be inserted into a measurement space in the magnetic space for analization. The superconductor coil includes a first access port for enabling access to the measurement space and a second access port for enabling insertion of the sample into the measurement space in a direction different from a direction of the first access port. An effective diameter of the first access port is larger than an effective diameter of the second access port when the effective diameters of the first and second access ports are defined as a diameter of a cylinder that is insertable into the first and second access ports.

摘要： In a nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, the shape of a detection coil is changed from a conventional cage type to a solenoid type of higher sensitivity. Accordingly, differing from the conventional superconductive magnet of multilayer air core solenoids, a superconductive magnet is right and left divided to split magnets for generating 11 T, preferably, 14.1 T in the horizontal direction, and the magnetic field uniformity is set to 0.001 ppm or less and the temporal stability is set to 0.001 ppm or less.
