摘要： According to the present invention, using a display terminal for conversation, a module structure diagram (schemata expressive of the connectional relations among respective program modules) is created, and a processing flow diagram (a kind of processing flow chart), an internal data definition diagram (schemata for specifying the formats etc. of data for use in processes) and an interface data definition diagram (schemata for specifying the formats etc. of arguments, common data between the modules, etc.) are created for each module, the created contents being stored in a memory. Further, the schematic information items of the module structure diagram, processing flow diagram, internal data definition diagram and interface data definition diagram are read out from the memory for each module and have stereotyped sentences and symbols added thereto, to generate the individual sentences of a source program. These sentences are edited according to the rules of a language, to complete the source program. If necessary, the various diagrams are printed out and utilized as program specifications.

摘要： The present invention provides a composition for forming a top anti-reflection coating and also provides a pattern formation method employing that composition. The composition prevents pattern failures caused by light reflected in the resist layer in the exposure step, and it further avoids troubles caused by residues produced in the etching step. The composition contains a solvent and fine particles having a mean particle size of 1 to 100 nm. In the pattern formation method of the present invention, a top anti-reflection coating is formed from the composition. The composition and the method according to the present invention can be used to form a composite film composed of a resist layer and a top anti-reflection coating.

摘要： Disclosed is a cell with a power-generating element and an outer package. The power-generating element includes a unit cell layer including a first electrode, a second electrode and an electrolyte layer disposed between the first and second electrodes. 摘要： A relay device using a conductive fluid and having excellent switching response is provided. This relay device mainly comprises a laminate having an interior space, and formed by bonding a semiconductor substrate to an insulating substrate, at least two contacts exposed to the interior space, a diaphragm portion facing the interior space, a conductive fluid sealed in the interior space, and an actuator for elastically deforming the diaphragm portion. By forming the diaphragm portion on the semiconductor substrate, it is possible to reduce a driving force of the actuator needed to elastically deform the diaphragm portion, and obtain a volume change of the interior space with good response. This volume change causes a positional displacement of the conductive fluid in the interior space, thereby forming a conductive state or a non-conductive sate between the contacts.
