摘要： In a method for manufacturing DRAMs in a stacked memory cell type, an edge portion of each bit line is bared upon etching a first insulating film, the bared edge portion is etched to from an opening and an inner peripheral surface of the opening is covered by a second insulating film. There is also disclosed a method wherein second and third insulating films and second conductive film are stacked on a first insulating film, a second conductive film is formed and the second conductive film and the first conductive film are partially etched whereby the unetched portions of the first conductive film serve as electrode planes of charge storage electrodes.

摘要： An operating device includes a first support frame, a support shaft, an operating panel, a second support frame, and a spring. The first support frame is fixed to a front side of a main apparatus. The support shaft projects from the first support frame in a widthwise direction of the main apparatus. The second support frame is pivotally supported on the support shaft in such a manner as to be displaceable within a predetermined range in the widthwise direction while supporting the operating panel. The spring biases the second support frame in a first direction which the second support frame is pressed against the first support frame. The first support frame has a plurality of recesses on a circumference of a circle that is concentric with the support shaft. The second support frame has a first projection capable of being engaged into any one of the recesses.

The operating section includes input keys which receive input operation for controlling the processing section, and is disposed over the load section. 摘要： In an image forming apparatus, an electrostatic latent image formed on a surface of a photoreceptor is developed into a toner image. A printing paper transported on a transport belt is brought into contact with the surface of the photoreceptor and an electric field is applied to the printing paper from a rear surface of the transport belt by a transfer roller to transfer the toner image onto the printing paper. The transfer roller applies different levels of electric field to the printing paper, so that a predetermined transfer electric field is applied to a region other than a leading edge of the printing paper being transported. An electric field weaker than the predetermined transfer electric field is applied to the leading edge. Even in the presence of a projection generated when the printing paper is cut, the printing paper naturally strips off from the surface of the photoreceptor.

摘要： In an image forming apparatus of the present invention, a scorotron charging device has a meshed grid electrode which is meshed more coarsely in a high-speed apparatus than a meshed grid electrode in a low-speed apparatus according to a circumferential velocity of a photoreceptor. With this arrangement, it is possible to charge the photoreceptor at a predetermined potential in the high-speed apparatus, without increase of the amount of ozone generation and upsizing of the image forming apparatus.

摘要： An image forming apparatus transfers a toner image formed on a photoconductor drum onto a sheet-like recording member while the sheet-like recording member is transported and attracted to a transfer belt, and comprises a jam handling control unit for detecting a transport fault of the sheet-like recording member, and for stopping the transport operation when the transport fault is detected. When the transport fault is detected in a section other than a fixing section, the jam handling control unit first causes the transport operation of the fixing section, and thereafter causes the transfer belt and the transport operation on the upstream side thereof to stop, and any sheet-like recording member remaining on the transfer belt so that the transport mechanism on the upstream side thereof is transported and stopped at the position spanning between the area of the fixing section and the area of the transfer belt.
