摘要： A lubrication path to press-contact surfaces of a fixed and orbiting scrolls serves also as a high-level pressure introduction passageway when a difference between a high-level pressure and a low-level pressure is great. On the other hand, when the high-level pressure introduction passageway is blocked off in a state in which the high-low pressure difference is small, refrigerating machine oil is supplied to the press-contact surfaces through a low-level pressure space within the casing, for controlling the pressing force of the orbiting scroll against the fixed scroll, and the construction for preventing a decrease in efficiency is simplified, thereby not only reducing the cost but also preventing the occurrence of a maloperation.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a scroll member for a compression mechanism installed in a scroll compressor includes a casting step and a cutting step. An iron casting is formed in the casting step, which includes a spiraling part. The iron casting obtained in the casting step is cut during the cutting step in order to obtain a final shape of the scroll member. The iron casting may include a fixed part having a central portion with a first axial thickness and an external periphery portion with a second axial thickness larger than the first axial thickness before the cutting step. A dimension of a specified portion of the spiraling part may be larger before the cutting step is performed than after the cutting step is performed, with the specified portion preferably disposed toward an external periphery of the spiraling part.

摘要： A method for producing a compressor comprises an aligning step and a welding step. The compressor includes a casing and an inside part that is housed in the casing. The casing includes a first portion on its inner surface, and the inside part includes a second portion. The second portion faces the first portion. In the aligning step, the first portion and the second portion are caused to face each other. In the laser welding step, laser light is applied to at least part of the portion where the first portion and the second portion face each other, whereby the casing and the inside part are laser-welded together.
