摘要： An agent effective for oleophobizing and hydrophobizing textiles is an aqueous anionic dispersion which comprises water and(A) 5 to 25% by weight of a reaction product which contains at least one bis-(2-fluoroalkyl-ethoxy-carbonylamino)-toluene of the formula ##STR1## wherein n is a number from 5 to 15 and Y is --H or --F, and wherein said reaction product is prepared by reacting 2-perfluoroalkylethanol of the formulaYCF.sub.2 --(CF.sub.2).sub.n --CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 OH with tolylene diisocyanate in a molar ratio of (1.8 to 2):1 in the presence of 2 to 5% by weight of N-methylpyrrolidone, relative to the perfluoroalkylethanol,(B) 1 to 14% by weight of at least one emulsifier of the formulaYCF.sub.2 (CF.sub.2).sub.p --CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 O--CO--NH--CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --SSO.sub.3 X wherein p is a number from 5 to 15, Y is --H or --F, and X is a monovalent cation,(C) 1 to 14% by weight of at least one nonionic emulsifier of the formulaYCF.sub.2 --(CF.sub.2).sub.q --CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --(OCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2).sub.r --OH wherein Y is --H or --F, q is a number from 5 to 15, r is a number from 0 to 10, and(D) 5 to 30% by weight of a solvent or solvent mixture, with the proviso that the sum of the amounts of components (B) and (C) is 2 to 15%.

摘要： The novel urethanes correspond to the formula I below ##STR1## in which a denotes a number from 5 to 17 and b denotes a number from 1 to 7. These urethanes are prepared by reacting the corresponding perfluoroalkylethanol/epichlorohydrin adducts with toluelene diisocyanates. The novel aqueous dispersions are essentially composed of the novel urethanes, cationic or betaine emulsifiers and non-ionic emulsifiers, water-insoluble carboxylic and/or dicarboxylic acid esters and alkanediols or polyalkanediols which can be etherified on one or both sides, in water.The novel urethanes and the novel aqueous dispersions are used to impart an oleophobic and hydrophobic finish to textiles, leather and furs. They are also suitable for the treatment of unpainted timber, for example unpainted furniture.

OH II.wherein R.sub.f has the same meaning as in formula I, with chlorine under exposure to UV irradiation, in the presence of an inert organic solvent, at temperatures of from -20.degree. C to +120.degree. C. These acetyl chlorides are intermediates for the preparation of the corresponding esters with polyglycols which serve as dry cleaning detergents.

摘要： New aqueous concentrates containing a fluorinated surfactant and a further foam producing component are disclosed. They contain of from 0.5 to 2.5% by weight a fluorinated phosphorous acid ester having the formula ##STR1## In this formula means R.sub.f a perfluoroalkyl radical with from 3 to 16 carbon atoms, m zero or 1, p an integer of from 1 to 4, R.sub.1 a hydrogen atom, a C.sub.1-4 alkyl radical, a cylcohexyl radical or a 2-hydroxyalkyl radical with from 2 to 6 carbon atoms, R.sub.2 a C.sub.1-4 alkyl radical, a cyclohexyl radical or a 2-hydroxyalkyl radical with 2 to 6 carbon atoms, or a radical of the formula R.sub.f --(CF.dbd.CH).sub.m --(CH.sub.2).sub.p, Q an alkylene radical with 2 to 4 carbon atoms, which may be substituted by phenyl groups. The aqueous concentrate when diluted with about 16 parts by volume of water gives a solution which can be foamed. The foam it capable of extinguishing liquid hydrocarbon fires.
